I really liked this short film and the unique way it portrays attraction. It might be wrongly seen as love, but that imo is the next step and happens just offscreen when both of them realise they like each other. and that the other likes them. i also like the symbolism of the building jumping, the idea of going after what you like and using your attraction to someone to help you out (i.e. save you), i also like how she gave him a chance even though he literally dropped out of nowhere, despite not having any feelings for him before (no fire), showing that you can never tell how the other person is going to react and that if you really like them you should just take the chance and show it, as best as you can (i,e, flower).
Only you can prevent forest fires.

By the title I honestly thought it's about a couple loving each other and growing apart. I'm glad that wasn't the case, this is more pleasant to watch, and it's got a happy ending too.

It was creepy. And... shallow. They never spoke, no shared interests, she saw him few times in normal, casual situations and then when he held her dirty underwear and watched her tan and caused a massive fire.
At first I thought it was a story about love, but I think it's about lust. He gets a small flame when he sees her, a big flame when he holds her bra and a massive fiery explosion when she's in a bikini. And she gets her flame when she looks at his face.
Vixrotre I would like to see the story again but this time, the girl wears long skirts/ glasses/ shes overweight and at the roof she reads a book wearing cloths as if its a snowing November day..

I like the metaphor of this animation. If you get rejected, that just means there's a better girl that's reserved for you. And if you stopped postponing telling your feelings to someone whom you actually like then they'll eventually share mutual feelings.
RoarOtaku actually it’s easy to confess to someone but the fear of being rejected by the person you love is what keeping us from confessing

I'm here because of Dan from Game Grumps. And i Loved this Short. AMAZING WORK.
Such a beautiful short. And here I mean not in look wise. This shows how a heartbreak leaves you scared to try second time. You have this fear that if again you got to feel that fire or passion of love you'll again get heartbroken. So, to protect yourself you don't let yourself feel that beautiful feeling again. You're on guards every single time your hearts feel soft in presence of her/him. But then that feeling doesn't let you live in peace also, coz it isn't fake. The more you run away, the more that feeling grow. When you realise that second person is going to leave if you didn't at least give chance or try, you overcome hurdles with all the power of love that you felt towards him/her time and again. And that's the lot of power. It takes courage but you with all your heart try again and overcome your fear and doubt and start it fresh. Here, you are not the same person you could be with first love. But here you're different, your love is different and it's more stronger than first one.
