Woohhhh~ seriously your breakfast calories is my whole day calories I only eat 500 calories in a day and I do 4 hours workout a day but I'm still fat 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭and I quit sugar , junk food , breads
your metabolism slows down when you eat too few calories and over exercising isn’t a good idea... try increasing your calorie intake and aim to workout for an hour up to 90 minutes with some days off instead you’ll see results :) good luck
