Grinding flaxseed/linseed meal in the Optimum G2.6 Platinum Series Blender (I'm pretty impressed).

I am quite impressed with this blender. So far I have used it for grinding seeds and nuts, making nut cheeses, plant based milks, smoothies, even soup! It is very powerful and makes short work of anything you put in it.
* Note - Froothie did not pay me to make this video, but they did provide the blender free of charge for me to try out and I agreed to share it in a couple of videos. I was happy to do this. I am really loving this blender!

Nice!! And on sale now, plus your link discount! Every bit helps. Appears Vitamix has competition, including a solid warranty. Did they supply you with the optional 1L jug for smaller applications? Sometimes it pays to upgrade/replace an item because of energy efficiency or performance. Great demo, Elly. Thank you for sharing

You can grind then quite easily in a simple inexpensive nutribullet. With the bonus being you can easily do just the small amt you need each time! So no going stale! Now if it does a whole bunch of stuff as well as a vita mix, that’s a whole different story 🙂

Yes I used to use my bullet blender for milling my flax seed, but now I use the big blender and I like the job it does. I do large batches infrequently and freeze the ground seeds in batches, and store them in my fridge when in use. It's a time saver for me :)
