Is it welsh language?

I've read some fantasy books with fairies and elves (english mithology) and there was a lot of welsh language (elves used it), later checked online if it was realy welsh and not some made up languge. This song reminded me on those words (naturally there was english translation in book, no way to undestand any word of welsh). Music is extremely atmospheric indeed, it sounds really creepy and dark. I listen to a lot of underground music and there are a lot of bands with vocals that no one can understand and no lyrics. For example, check Japanese band Endless Dismal Moan, it was one mand band and that one guy killed himself. No one knows what his songs were about, no lyrics were ever found if there were any, perhaps his songs are just screams?. There are other bands too too but EDM has some similarities to Urfaust, it is all about atmosphere.
