The Problem I have is that the striker is 1 metre apart and shoots with insane power and I find it hard to dive as they come really close and any advice and I'm blamed as my defenders are NPCs who are always in the other half and are rubbish and weak.
It sounds like there is a problem with your positioning during a 1v1 so here is a positioning video for 1v1s

How I usually save is by going closer to the striker then when the striker shoots, it might hit my feet or other parts of my body and save it

If you was 1 on 1 with the striker would you close your legs so it doesnt go through your legs or open your legs to cover ground?
That depends. If the attacker shoots through my legs I close them but generally in the 1v1 set position I keep my legs open enough where the ball can fit though but it would be every difficult to put it through the gap
Save! Thanks a lot for making this. I've been playing 5 a side football and pretty much every shot is close so this will help 👍. One question is that everytime the opponent comes close they tend to aim for corners and it's hard for me to split save it, should I consider diving for it or are there any alternatives?
5 a side is a different game and it would all depend on situations and scenarios as an attacker movement or body language can alter the way you would approach a shot. A goalkeeper's situational gut feeling is usually correct in these fast decisions.

During 1v1 i notice some goalkeeper guess where to dive which makes sense since they are fast shots and close but i try it and i dont really get to it anything i can do to improve? Sorry for bad explaining
No really but in those situation sometimes you have to guess as a last resort based on the body language of the attacker. The only thing you can improve is reading the body language of the player shooting

I always close my eyes and turn my head away from the ball
I’ve been doing that subconsciously since I took a shot in the face twice
I was in a 1v1 situation and got hit right in the eye then stomach consecutively, but I wasn’t scared or flinched just play more, and it’s rare for it to hit yoy in the face I’m sure
My primary problem is my reaction speed, one second the ball is at the strikers feet, the next its in the goal and I'm stumped in my spot, is there any way I can improve my reaction speed for those hard shots?
I'm working on my reaction time by doing one drill.
What I am doing is throwing the ball at the wall and then catching it.
You can try it with any ball but I prefer doing it with a tennis ball.
