Listening to the album right now. It reminds me of the album By the Way. I'm surprised how great it is. I'm also impressed with Josh's guitar. It's not exactly the most outstanding guitar, but what I love is that he reminds me so much of John Frusciante :-). After watching so many current bands going downhill, I am happy to see that RHCP is just as good as ever. You can disagree with me if you must, but I love the new album.

Josh has great talent and great shit within him I think he just needs to let it out more and not hold back as much. That guitar playing during the chorus is beautiful, and "Did I Let You KNow" is such a sweet, pure and beautiful melody. I hope with the next record and time adjusting he'll be a bit more comfortable within the band and all and will let his ideas loose.
