All human has holy Spirit, John 1:5-19, Jeremiah 1:5 ,so study and don't make fake message pull u down, there is no signs, is only 3 level of growing in the spirit, read act of apostle, first you grown in the spirit of speaking tongues, in the spirit of descernment, prophecy, word of wisdom and lastly doing of miracles, holy Spirit is a gift not what you earn, Jesus said I will send you , so before you were born HE "Jesus" has given you holy Spirit, secondly He died for you when you are yet a sinner. Let none deceive you , that you don't have Holy Spirit, you didn't activate it, that is why Paul said do not querch the holy Spirit, is there , only that you querch it by not feeding Him with his food, which is the scripture.
