My oven switches off the red indicator when it is complete . I baked at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
I loved your recipe I doubled the quantity of all ingredients because I have a joint family and wanted to serve everyone ,, let me tell you it was perfect the ratio everything! Not a good recipe for garlic bread
Add most milk till the dough is soft and pliable enough to knead. About two tbsp more to start. Feel the consistency of the dough. You can tell when it’s right. I just made it and it’s turned out well.

Deepa Saravanan before pop it up in the oven. Leave the dough to rise a bit with a cover top. About 10-20 mins

Reading the comments below, I would suggest mixing well the salt with the flour and then adding the milk/yest via a well made in the center. Adding the salt straight to the yeast will probably kill it and explain why it won't rise and double in size. I would also allow the dough to rise for a second time on the baking sheet otherwise you will have a very thick, cake like bread. Also 180*c is way too cool, I would bake at 220*c, that's why no one is getting a brown top. Lovely flavours in the recipie though.

I tried it and came out 👏 awesome.. I just found that the time for 2 things requires little more. May be because I have used different ingredients. Like.
After kneading dough, I found that the rest time requires more than 2 hours (it may be I have used “active dry yeast”. The second thing is, it seems you have used OTG for baking, I have convection microwave and it took me 30 mins for perfect baking. But eventually it was an awesome treat 🤤

Nandita Divya dame thing happend with me. Bake it in 220C for 20mins. It would work. I coated with oil before putting it in the oven.

well it was illustrative, and the first dough i don't know if that's how it's made but it was interesting, yet i think 3 waves of garlic may be too much and the end looks more like a calzone than bread, but it made the point and i bet it's tasty as hell so i may try it someday as well thanks a lot
