As an almost 60 year Buckeye Fan -- Howard is doing just fine - 'evolving' - and I wouldn't trade Georgia QB's ! He is about exactly - what Chip Kelly 'needs' to operate this Offense to max efficiency - with all those super stars around him. His 1st road game as a Buckeye. -- And -- how about Devin Brown (?) with his 'preparation' and readiness for his services being required ?!? WOW Few teams likely have a #2 QB -- on demand -- who is ready to perform - like that ?!? - - - My anticipation for what Chip is going to do next is..... incredibly eager and will be so fun to watch !!!

This year due to the college play-off 12 team set-up you now no longer need "style points" so no running up the score. you can also play with this Def. more and that is why people on social are questioning how good they are.
To me the most impressive play of the game , didnt show up in a box score...on Smith's one handed TD , Henderson made a crucial block on a blitzing DB , it showed awareness and a willingness to do whats needed for team succes
However, will howard thru it into double coverage two more times and Jeremiah came down with it. Soo I don’t know maybe not throw it into double coverage but … hell Jeremiah usually makes them pay in double coverage
Last year, we were all complaining because McCord wasn’t taking ANY chances, even though he had some playmakers., I’d MUCH rather have our qb taking chances because he has an absolute monster.
@@jimbeaux89 I think what Howard is saying to CFB double JS if you want to I am going to make you pay. And what happens if he gets so good at doing it that. He decides that no matter what any team makes up he has the skills to defy it. That kind of confidence wins championships!
McCord transferred not because he couldn't make plays in big spots (he mostly did!), but because he couldn't make the right reads in sort of routine moments. Like, its the 2nd quarter, up 7, 2nd and 7, he makes the wrong read. That's McCord. He's actually a baller in big moments imo, but a mediocre decision maker in normal situations.

If Michigan State wouldn't have turned the ball over like they did, that score could have been much different. All I know is that our Defensive line better start stepping up.

As a OSU fan i feel it's a lose lose season for them. They could win it all go undefeated. At the end of the year it'll be you had to buy your players blah blah blah. If they lose even in a close game to say Bama or Texas anyone really it'll be you couldn't win with a $20 million roster.
