This video gives out basically nothing! Why even post it, it is vague and shares nothing but jibber jabber talk. Would have been nice if he asked for details and exact actions and protocols.
There was a lot to learn. He runs deep into is training season, he does as little indoor training as possible, he takes time off in October.
Also, what’s the difference? You’ll never be him.
