Ive been going back and forth with Support while they try and figure out the issues. They say they've corrected the issues but I did a relaunch last week but could not gain traction beyond page 3-4, whereas with my initial launch 2 months prior, I was able to reach the 5th position. So something is still not right.
You're welcome, glad you found value in it! Amazon often changes their algorithms without notice so it can affect how listings are ranked. Competition also is a factor, too. So, it's hard to say for certain what the cause is for your fluctuation. Work on generating sales. Typically, rank is based primarily on the daily sales velocity so the more sales you can consistently get each day, the higher it'll rank.
Crescent Kao You’re right I agree but I’m concerned it’s an internal problem because support at one point mentioned a problem with a node not updating.

I was thinking that since the sales are lower, I would need to achieve less sales to rank. But also, since the sales are lower, it would be harder for me to achieve those sales. What do you think?

Yes, that can be the case too. Keep hounding them though. Seller Support is notoriously slow.
