    Thanks Glen. You did a great job. You have so much passion and respect for your mentor, Sir V-Miester. I know it was your honor to play this song. After all you you met the man and played for him in a closed room. You are a lucked chap!

    The snakes are symbolic of kundalini energy, folk magic and all the other elements of Celtic lore.. Something of which is brilliantly exemplified here in the form of music ('two chords and the truth' - and a well-used guitar! - hehe)

  • @ancientslav4863

    WTF did he say about the snakes and St. Patrick? Explain to me please :)

    • @loriannepresnell7951
      @loriannepresnell7951 4 роки тому +3

      The serpent refers to the Druid class of sacred pagan teaching that the church purged from Ireland. If interested in the fascinating truth read IRISH ORIGINS OF CIVILIZATION by Michael Tsarion.

      With a side of fake Trigger. It's the distressed jeans version of acoustic guitars. Trigger is far older and still looks and sounds better. Probably the anti-Christian hatred.

    Pity is has started with the pagan revenge, maybe he just will never understand, to be born again. .... Maybe some day more Mick and Paddy singers will get what Van the Man got. ....... So! “ whatever ya say say notin’ ....☘️🙏🧙🏻‍♂️

    He should chill out a bit on the guitar, the mock passion is a bit much on the vocal too. Kind of kills a really mellow song.

    • @vinq8621
      @vinq8621 2 роки тому +3

      Something I’ve learned as an actual musician is that you should try to find beauty in every arrangement of a song. This is how the song makes him feel and he wants to share that feeling. Sharing feelings is what music is all about- the ability to make someone feel a feeling through the relationship between sounds is what music is all about

    Nah.... you can't fake soul by just giving it volume.... how to completely miss the essence of a song by Glen Hansard. ........
