how does one get the char mle? ive seen several videos about it, but they are always russian. is this an russian exclusive tank? also apprently there is a hybrid nation tech tree line released which also seems to be russian exclusive, seeing that there are only russian videos on it, a tank that if the average playerbase had their hands on would probably destroy the game, considering it is literally the most armoured vehicle in the game, preventing even hori premium shells. the tank is the lv 1300 uranus for anyone interested. what i want to know, is how to get these crazy tanks for myself
