[I've taken MathPapa v 1.4.5 as an example app for demonstration]

Basically you would require 3 tools for modding that are:
(i) MT Manager (to change/edit in-app codes and modify/mod)
(ii) NP Manager (to kill signature)
(iii) Anti-Split G2 (to merge .xapk or .apks extension files)
