My brain is melting. Jimmy, that tone...Frankie is the #1Bonzo in the world, IMO.. No disrespect meant to Jason or some of the other guys that are fantastic. Frankie's intense dedication to Led Zep coupled with his experience make this something very special.
As Long As I Have You by Garnet Mimms. Such a heavy song from the guy who originally sang Cry Baby, the song made famous by Janis Joplin 6:36 Fresh Garbage by Spirit (yes, that Spirit) 7:21 Bag's Groove by Miles Davis (although i don't think it was an intentional cover, probably just jamming) 10:31 Mannish Boy by Muddy Waters
I don't envy the vocalist having to rip his voice out trying to duplicate early Plant. This is mainly the version from April 27, 1969, which would be easier to do for the singer than the version from the previous night at Winterland. It's because of that scream-a-thon that Plant had to take it a little easier the next night. I am a more than capable guitarist who was in a great Zeppelin tribute for almost 8 years until our singer succumbed to cancer. Sakurai is clearly the best Jimmy Page tribute guy in the world. He's a great player who has the exact physicality as Page, and his commitment to duplicating every stage move, every outfit, and every piece of equipment is really something. I'm more of a Led Zeppelin fan than a Jimmy Page fan, and I listen to them on bootleg every day, but I can't imagine devoting my whole life to one guy's work, but that's me. He once said years ago in a YT comments section, "I'm more Jimmy Page than Jimmy Page", which I found kind of weird, but I imagine he would probably wouldn't say that now.
the singer has the throat, but not the lungs- still great, but a bit squeeky...he has to take deeper breaths to power up the vocals. and yes, I am available for vocal lessons.

That drummer and Mr Jimmy both absolutely nailed one of my favourite Led Zeppelin tracks!
Not a led Zeppelin track it's an old Garnet mimms tune
