There is not even a single mention of 500,000 Kashmiri Pandits who have been ousted from Valley. This is the biggest violation of human rights in Kashmir. This can not be ignored.

There is no solution for Kashmir, except recognizing the LOC as the border between the two countries. If not, this takes many dimensions. A lot of indians now feel that Nehru and the Congress was wrong in trying to make India secular. Pakistan had no problem when it literally ethnically cleansed 95% of its hindu and sikh population, and if India had followed Pakistan and did the same to its muslims, Pakistan would have drowned in 1947. India could have been a " NON Islamic republic of India' in contrast to the islamic republic of Pakistan. Then Kashmir could have been given to Pakistan with India retaining Jammu and Ladakh. But because of Nehru, it did not happen. No political party , in either country, can settle this 70 year old issue NOW. It will keep simmering. Muslims in India, today, after 70 years , by and large, are not happy with being in India either.And they are not ready to go to Pakistan either. And the muslims of Kashmir do not wish to join Pakistan. They want an independent Kashmir, including Hindu Jammu and Buddhist Ladakh, which they can later ethnically cleanse. There are always conflicts at the slightest provocation. If anyone thinks Kashmir can be solved either by military means or by negotiations are living in a delusional state.
