I hate how often killers (both imposters and neutral roles) out other killers. It means they have to get more kills, increasing their odds of being caught. What Court did this game was super smart.
@@swatson5699 exactly!!! i never understood the need to kill other killers as a killer yourself, i’d just make sure you’re not around them so you can seem as crew as possible for as long as possible!

I saw an idea a while back that crewmate roles should require doing a certain percentage of your tasks to activate. I really think that would be helpful for reducing the “just hide lol” strats that keep popping up, especially in a lobby where task wins don’t happen currently.

I think it's annoying how someone in Steve's chat asked him if Janet was impostor and if Dumbdog was transporter. Idiot chatters are always pretending to be guessing but they obviously know the answer and are spoiling by asking these fake questions.
I believe this is how people end up cheating by accident. They read chat and chat gives them "clues".
On the other hand, out of a few thousand people, someone watching is bound to be paying more attention than Steve is and figure out what is going on each game. They still shouldn't say anything if the streamer is reading chat, of course
@@blahthebiste7924 I don't buy that they figured it out. When that guy asks "Is Janet impostor?" he's not actually wondering if she is or not. He's saying "Hey btw I have Janet's stream open and she's an impostor fyi". That's the only possible explanation because like you said yourself if you actually figure it out you shouldn't say it. That's equally stupid and spoiling just the same.
And if you're truly wondering it because you think she's sus you would say something like "I don't like Janet's movement / I didn't like her tone / I think she's lying" but even that could be a spoiler in disguise lol. There's just something about the way chat nonchalantly mentions stuff that makes it obvious they know.

Can someone please explain what happened with Courtilly, skadj, and koji? How was she able to kill skadj when he was shielded? Did they change settings so shield breaks after first try? Or can the sherriff not kill pestilence and that broke the shield? I cant understand either way how koji died there too
Sheriff cannot kill Pestilence because Pestilence is immortal. Pestilence automatically counter attacks anyone who does an action on them (i.e. kill, track, examine, medic shield, transport, douse etc.) So even though Skadj was shielded, Pestilence counter still killed him when he tried to shoot. Koji tried to examine as the detective so he too was killed by counterattack. if you notice, Courtilly's kill cooldown wasn't even up when they died.
That sucks, your crew special abilities shouldn’t kill yourself like that
@@davidcamero2063It’s kinda the whole point of pestilence. They’re a killer with no abilities, vision, or kill button until they level up, and that effect is the reward they get out of it. If a lobby doesn’t like that, they can not use the role, but this lobby does.
Skadjs death was actually very interesting I always wondered what would happen if a shielded killer tried to kill the pestilence, now we know
@@doctorcoz1935 okay that's what I thought but after watching it a few times back I couldn't piece together who clicked the kill button there and who didn't. So they both died trying to use abilities on pestilence back to back. The timing was too perfect!

How the heck does plaguebearer/pestilence even work?
The plaguebearers goal is to infect everyone in order to become pestilence, a role that can only be killed if voted out. The plaguebearer can individually infect everyone, however the plague can also be transferred by other roles I.e if the infected transporter transports themselves with someone
also if someone tries to use their role on pestilence they die

The past couple of weeks I've felt like every Among Us video I start watching, I've already seen it? Anyone else feel like that? Am I actually already watching them elsewhere, or is this game really just starting to get repetitive? 😅
This video uses footage from June and a lot of the lobby members have uploaded vids containing these games, so maybe you saw one of those? I assume Bait is catching up from when he went on vacation.
But also, Among Us is repetitive by nature and there's only so much you can do in it, lol.

Looking at the date in the description (June 14th), I want to say that this was just around the time that Twitch was announcing all those early financial changes, so DD actually was complaining more than usual.
But also, anyone that watches him outside of these edited videos, even indirectly through other streamers, knows that he's just a natural salt monster about pretty much everything, no matter what.
