I bought a house with ydr424-g installed. They gave me their access code which isn’t the master pin and didn’t give me the master code and I can’t get it from them. How can I reset the master pin?

If I forget my master pin and only have my card, how do I reset ?

Same. I've been trying to find how to reset. I found a Yale YDD424 manual. It says to open the case and, basically, short the reset pins inside. But I can't find the reset pins inside my YDR 424G.
