- This video describes the movement and muscles recruited during the simple Pilates pelvic curl.
Help to mobilise and articulate your spine, recruit hamstrings, gluteals and deep abdominals during this effective exercise.
These foundation level Pilates exercises will help introduce you to the Pilates method and teach you the basic principles of Pilates. From here, you can move on to more challenging Pilates exercises once you have a firm understanding of pelvic stability, abdominal recruitment and spinal alignment.
