A story involving Garou attempting to out the group one by one almost gives me early Cell-Saga vibes. Just imagine finding out a superpowered serial killer is stalking you. He's not trying to conquer or destroy the planet or massacre civilians, but he's coming after you, nothing personal, simply for the sake of the hunt. We NEED a Dragon Ball villain like this.
Garou would honestly do very good against the Z Fighters until he reaches the Buu Saga, in the Buu Saga there is statements that place Buuhan at Multi Universal as there is statements of him destroying all of Universe 7 as He was cracking and shaking it just by powering up, There is also the fact that a weaker Kid Buu destroyed a galaxy with absolute ease and SSJ3 Goku's power up was felt even in the Kaioshin world
Also have to mention that buu did all of that without training; with training he casually reached gokus level in like a day for the tournament of power in super 🤔😏

I think its also important to note that Garou is smart. He made sure to read up and memorize all the S-class heroes moves and ability to know what he was up against. I don't doubt he would stake them out first

A lot of people also forget that Garou has an INSANE healing factor, to the point where he's able to completely regenerate an arm after Saitama destroys it, and he does this MID fight too
I think it all depends on if Gaurou can just straight up copy and improve everyone's attacks and if the dbz characters can outgrow that ability by exponentially increasing in power in short time while fighting

Garou went from being weaker than a saibaman to being stronger than Cell in 1 day. If he was to live in the DB universe he'd easily get to the levels of the Gods easily, or atleast easier than Goku and Vegeta
Yeah that’s definitely not likely, if you take base garou cuz he only got so far with power of god and monsterfication which is why current garou is way weaker rn base garou would take years to most likely reach planetary. Monster garou would likely take less time and cosmic fear garou should at least be planetary but if his opponent is blatantly stronger if he’s koed then he’s down for the count and won’t grow in strength, so you gotta pray for the perfect scenario for that to occur and for him to have gods power 🤷🏾♂️

I don't think the ki attacks would generate radiation like that. If they did, then everyone on earth would have been passively dying out in large numbers considering the amount of ki blasts that's been tossed out since King Piccolo destroying a city or Ma Jr blowing up the island before they even got to Namek. I didn't want to make this an "ummm aktually", but it's something that should be considered with that one part 😖

Video feels pretty unbiased, which is refreshing. The only critique I'd throw out is when Saitama and Garou clashed Serious Punches - if you hold a spec of sand on your fingertip towards the night sky, that spec of sand will block out MILLIONS of stars and GALAXIES (remember, the pretty lights in the sky are not just stars, but mostly galaxies). The manga makes it very clear their unleashed explosive power - teleported away by Blast - was a PLANET sized hole in the night sky, not a spec of sand. This would likely include trillions of stars and galaxies combined (instantly destroyed, BTW). Making that massively larger than multi-galaxy level of destruction. And if memory serves me correctly, that punch happened pretty early on once Garou took on Saitama's powers, which means they simply continued to infinitely scale beyond that until the fight was finished. But like I said, pretty good vid!
Reading through my comment made me think of something - Garou "copied" Saitama's powers, but Saitama's powers can't be copied. That would be like me saying I'm going to copy the punching power level of Mike Tyson because I saw him punch one time. Sure, I could copy his technique, but not the raw force behind it. That makes me think he can actually replicate and reproduce whatever he sees. That makes me wonder if he could basically copy and produce ki blasts or hell even SSJ powerups. Lmao.
@@rebewlrakhe can mostly likely just copy moves of those within the scope of god since he’s the one that gave garou the powers and he was able to copy blast power and he also has to powers of god, saitama that was more of a mimic since if it was perfect copy it should have been able to do something but then again he was doing the same before god gave him powers, which is copying and utilizing thé techniques of people he fights and improving them. Garou being able to copy anything needs way more evidence when I was able to rationalize what he can and can’t do by what he’s shown since he can’t just automatically gain thé strength of opponent when he’s imitating them but he could possibly reach there ap by growing in strength in time if he doesn’t get taken out.

The really cool thing about Garou is that if he trained with the Z fighters between villains, he would probably be able to oneshot every last one because of the absurd speed of his growth and his broken limiter. Garou isn’t scary because he’s strong, he’s scary because unless you kill him or make him quit, he will surpass you.
Any saiyan in the z fighters has that same scary potential though, not to mention freeza. Going from maybe star level to arguably multiversal in 4 months is nuts
I think it really depends on two major factors: 1. Narrative: If the goal is to have Garou have a climactic fight with the big time threats of end of Z, then you could easily argue that Garou could grow to reach those levels by starting small, adapting to weaker opponents, and working his way up to eventually hang with major opponents. Plus, it's very much in character for DBZ characters to start small and work their way up, especially when they feel an opponent is inferior to them. Without knowing the full scope of Garou's potential, I feel that characters like Goku, Vegeta, and DEFINITELY Z Gohan would pull their punches in favor of testing him. This goes double for Goku and Gohan because they'd likely be able to sense that Garou isn't actually that bad of a guy and wouldn't be inclined to actually kill him. After some point, they'd definitely start fighting to win, but the question becomes "can Garou adapt quickly enough before they decide to finish him off?" 2. Hax: DBZ is a bit weird in that many hax abilities tend to just get negated when the opponent is strong enough. It's highly likely that Garou's radiation would get negged by his opponents just being stronger and thus immune to it, whereas weaker opponents would probably get destroyed by it. If Garou's copy ability allows him to perfectly copy an opponent's abilities and powers, then he could theoretically just use a Mode: Goku, for example, to copy ssj3 Goku's power and abilities. Even if he can't transform into a super saiyan, the fact that he was able to repeatedly copy Saitama's powers to keep up with him even as he was growing shows that it should be possible. The only reason he lost to Saitama there is because Saitama was literally growing in strength faster than Garou's copy could keep up. IF Garou's copy is perfect, then he should be able to just copy the abilities of his opponents and improve on them. Garou should definitely be able to copy any technique he sees, barring biological abilities like Buu's absorption (and even that's arguable tbh). If he can hypothetically copy a ssj3 Goku AND the kaioken, he wins, end of discussion. He'll easily start to adapt it and reach levels of kaioken far higher than Goku has ever managed, and his insane durability, adaptation, and presumed regen afforded by his monsterfication will just let him massively outscale any foe present. But this all assumes that he'll even get to that point. A LOT would need to go wrong on the Z-fighters' ends for Garou to just go unchecked for that long. However we've seen in both the Cell and the Buu saga that any time there's room for the characters to sell, they will find a way to make it happen. TLDR for those who don't wanna read my rambling: I'd say that if enough goes right for Garou he easily solos by merit of hax and adaptation. But if the fighters take him seriously right off the bat and fight to take him down quickly, they probably put a lid on him before he gets out of hand.
How was he supposed to copy super Saiyan 3 when he’s not a Saiyan, and kaioken when he doesn’t even have ki? He’s a regular human with insane abilities even if we are talking about cosmic fear Garou he still not a saiyan and once again no ki
I just wanna add that Cosmic Garou doesn't really need any time in order to close the gap on strength and speed, like the growth shown on that graph. He can close the gap instantly, like when Saitama used the first serious punch on him. The problem came when he was constantly copying Saitama, but then every moment Saitama was exponentially stronger than the last. This made it so each time he copied Saitama, Saitama immediately pulled away more and more, with no limit. Likewise, he wouldn't need to literally copy Saiyan genetics in order to copy the power of Super Saiyan. Understanding of the flow of all energy would naturally include ki, and he'd be able to replicate any ki based abilities. And even if he couldn't, he could just copy the actual force and speed behind the attacks of a Super Saiyan. I think most of his difficulty would come from some of the hax and magic from the Buu saga. It would depend if he could copy or resist any of it. Considering that fighters were able to resist by just purely overpowering them, it seems like Garou might be able to do the same if his exponential growth ramps up.
I have to mention gouro was capable of copying the raw strength/durability of Saitama. If you look at the graph each of garou's dots are equal to Saitama's previous dot so garou could potentially just copy the power level of his opponent unless they are capable of quickly growing stronger infinitely like Saitama otherwise he just matches power then out skills his opponent.
Garou couldn't keep up with Saitama's exponential growth in strength, I doubt he would be able to keep up with multiverse level characters in Buu saga. Edit: what I mean is that Because Saitama's strength grows exponentially it will always tend to infinity, but won't reach it, so Saitama won't even be infinite strength level. And limitless doesn't mean infinite.

Buu took few years to destroy the galaxy, stated by the anime itself. Buu cannot destroy the multiverse instantly with ki blast whatsoever. The only impressive thing Buu(Buuhan) did was rage screaming that almost collapse the wall of the dimension and this took a long time that Vegito was able to stop him first. Garou would beat him easily. Strength wise Garou already surpass SSJ Vegeta in U6 arc who cannot lift Magetta(1000+ tons confirmed by Beerus). So Buu saga character should be a joke to him.
@@memeplug5849 Garou can grow but his growth rate value isn't confirmed so we have to work with how things went against Saitama. He was capable of keeping up with Saitama until the gap widened too much, at that point we cant say for sure that he can keep growing beyond his current point due to Saitama blows tearing him apart and forcing him to recoil with each encounter seemingly unable to do anything about it. Any Saiyan that transforms against Garou would easily body him especially if we take the cosmic Garou before Saitama real fight, since that Garou would need to have survive atleast 1 strong encounter to match some mid tier Z levels. If we take Garou after Saitama fight He'd only lose to players like Buu and Goku and characters that scale above them, I can see the SSJ3 transformation being too much of a gap to close and due to ssj3 being on a strict time limit, Goku won't play with his food and just kill Garou.
He was still mostly serious, taking damage and bleeding. He said himself he wanted to at least give garou a beating. He also said this might have been what he wanted (a good fight/challenge).
@@LeoLau-ip9bv he didn’t take damage fightning Boros, his suit just got messed up and had dirt and grime on him. It was stated he took no damage. The only time Saitama took damage was before he lost his hair and in his dream.
Great video as always, but out of curiosity, what do you think about the weird multi-galaxy to universal statements about Cosmic Garou? Like the statement about him being able to shake the universe, and Murata saying that he would have the power to destroy the universe (though in this same statement he said he said he would have to check with one).
@@Chuck Murata said it in an interview. The guy interviewing him asked something like "How strong is Cosmic Garou? Can he destroy the universe?", and then Murata replied with "Yes, I'm pretty sure he can destroy the universe, but I'd have to double check with ONE.". I did, however, get it off an answer off quora. As for where the "power to shake the universe" statement, I'm pretty sure either ONE or Murata made a tweet trying to promote the manga and that's what it said when you translated it. It could have also just been some promoter or publisher promoting it, so take me saying it's from ONE or Murata with a grain of salt. Hope that helped.
I think Cosmic Garou would be pretty much like Super Perfect Cell in terms of power, probably a few times stronger actually... And with more threatening technics but lesser regeneration... (Garou was shown to have slight regeneration abilities, being able to recover from broken ribs and even growing back an arm through anger alone)
Meh perfect cell is most likely stronger than cosmic garou he has a few likes of universal scaling and even if you dont wanna go with that he should still scale above that feat in the namek saga where the blast could be seen from outside the galaxy Not to mention he's smarter has better combat skills and better abillites And garou can't really copy anything if use from cell sure he could do a Kamehameha wave but that doesn't really matter I will say he could copy instant transmission and maybe zenkai boosts but cell is just too strong too fast and has better abillites I feel like cosmic garou would do better against frieza

@@Thegreatlordofall It didnt work with Saitama because he kept becoming stronger than the previous version that was copied within seconds, he would gain Cell's current stats but if say cell zenkai boosted from a single cell he wouldnt automatically update to that power level, he would need to copy cell again to get to his new current level.

It really depends on if we’re purely sticking to Z or including Super as well. Cuz if we’re sticking to Z, then Garou has a chance to win, but the Z Fighters in Super would demolish Garou

People underestimate how strong garou actually became while fighting Saitama, plus he has a lot of hax as well. He's a tricky person to fight against, if you give him an inch garou takes a mile.

@@SonGoku59249 BoG Goku isn't the topic of this video, and BoG Goku caused waves from destructive God ki that destroyed a couple planets. The waves grew stronger with distance and would've eventually destroyed the universe and also Goku if they kept happening. The feat that happened wasn't that insane, and Goku wouldn't have survived the feat that could've happened.

I agree with everything you said but I feel like I should point out that Garou improves every moment he's in combat. Like, all his stats just shoot up tremendously all the time. I feel like Garou would become a serious problem even in the Buu arc if nobody took him seriously immediately. He could feasibly outclass many of the characters in a relatively short amount of time. The wildcards in all this is how resistant are dbz characters are against radiation and how resistant is Garou against magic? Could Buu absorb him? Could he be zapped by the candy beam? Would Goku's just drop immediately cus his cells exploded?
Yes buu could definitely absorb him if the power gap is extremely massive it’s a hard stomp. Especially if we are talking Buutenks, Super buu, Kidd buu, and Buuhan. The power difference is honestly laughable to the point where there would be nothing he could do. Buu would either just straight up kill him or eat him

It's very very likely that they won't notice his radiation and just keel over dead before they know anything. They are just going to underestimate Garou and give him a chance to surrender or give up by showing him the vast difference of power. Which would be their downfall, even in Buu saga, all Garou has to watch out for is Buu. Unless the Z fighters go for the kill straight away, he would adapt and then defeat them.

And if we are talking Buuhan it’s an instant stomp he is either going to eat him or just out kill him. i feel like cosmic garou has a incredibly high chance of winning because in his cosmic form not only can he copy techniques, he can also copy power. Gravity knuckle and nuclear fission are both copied attacks from a hero named blast, so garou can just look at any of their attacks and copy it. That is a confirmed huge advantage garou has.
Garou also went from sidewalk level to planetary level in like 4 days of constant fighting without god’s influence. And then with gods influence he turned into a multi-galactic level warrior so imagine what he could do if he was fighting people as strong as the buus I think he could definitely react to them and eventually overpower them due to garou’s raw fighting genius. He is literally a grit monster and doesn’t go down and just keeps impoving at a rate that is likely far beyond anyone in the Dragon ball verse (maybe besides hit) but even then from his technique and strength replicating plus all the techniques he already gained. Garou would be able to lean things like instant transmission, forced fusion split, perfected UI (if he looks at whis), hakai, ultra ego, and more than likely the buu magic. The buu magic is strange but I don’t think it’s something he can’t copy since he already copied blast’s hyperspace gates which is cosmic manipulation that only blast should be able to do (excluding saitama)
garou doesn't improve faster than gohan or broly, and while he'd learn OP techniques like hakai, UI, UE upon seeing them in action, he'd still fall ridiculously short in terms of actual AP and speed, which is ground that could not be covered quickly enough for it to make a significant impact, he learns hakai, goku tanks it like he did prior to the TOP, then, speed blitz one shot, we go within character which is a faulty way of actually determining how fights will play out, as we're scaling characters that will do combat, and to bring up in-character traits is a bit of a cop-out, regardless the outcome is the same, garou closes the distance between him and goku, goku realizes he's getting stronger and is a threat, then actively makes an effort to take him down, regardless of his grit, saitama put him down with enough force, saitama would scale below goku, vegeta etc, the result would be similar

@@alpejohnson491 It wouldn't work like that, UI for Goku is a transformation that allows him to use the movements, at least before he trained them in the manga, which proves that the movements themselves aren't a power boost, or else Moro would have become Zeno tier after multiplying his base power a million times getting UI. If he copied the transformation itself, it could work, but it feels Saiyan exclusive, just as how Vegeta has Ultra Ego despite none of the gods transforming on it nor even having purple hair, for the ones that have hair like Sidra. More than likely, he would copy Goku himself, which would put him at Goku's level, or stronger, but not millions of times that.
@@alpejohnson491 The Super Saiyan forms he shouldn't be able to, for the same reason as UI, they are Saiyan-exclusive transformations, again as with Moro, he copied Vegeta, but he couldn't simply go SSB. However, one thing he would be able to copy and should be stupidly effective is Kaioken, something that Cell should totally have used, given how he was aware of the Spirit Bomb and claimed he could do it.
I think Ki was mentioned in OMP with Atomic Samurai, idk if I heard it wrong but when Atomic Samurai tried to use the Sun Blade he wasn't able to wield it as proficient as he is with a blade because he didn't have enough Ki So I think, not sure if it's true but there might be a form of Ki in OMP and Garou could possibly manipulate
For reference the feat of serious punch squared was highballed based on the rough guesstimate about how large the universe is to have destroyed a few hundred million galaxies

@jadonrahman Saitama wasn't adapting since he was just that strong from the very beginning he was just unleashing more of his power, considering that by implying that Saitama was adapting that Saitamas max in base was surpassed by Garou and that Saitama was struggling in which case he would be forced to adapt to surpass Garou, the chart that ONE made would make no sense for Saitama if that was to imply that he was adapting considering that in order to adapt you need an obstacle but according to chart Saitama eventually had no obstacle since was was in half the fight always above Garou and that it was Garou who was constantly trying to adapt to the speed at which Saitama was increasing his power.
Knowing that Cosmic garou has the knowledge of all the energy that flows in the universe he can adapt easily in DBZ and copy their powers as well and how they used their ki... And also cosmic garou is limitless
Another comparison to consider is that Garou would be akin to Broly. Depending on the arc Garou is and the z fighters he would match them if Goku or Vegita are being cocky, but if that is the case then it would be fair for them to get their fusion/ senzu bean/ energy donation from another Z fighter to get a zenkai and push them over the edge of finishing the fight.
I think you underestimate Garou's copying ability. When he first copied Serious Saitama, he went from level 1 to level 1 billion in an instant. Then, when Saitama kept growing stronger, he was keeping up with him for a long time, matching him punch by punch. This means Garou can instantly become as strong and fast as his opponent is at any given moment. Literally, mid-punch, that is moving at MFTL speeds, he can copy the power of any technique that is thrown at him. In other words, I can't see why would it matter if Garou scales as high as Buu Saga characters. One look at them when they go all out is all he needs to copy their stats instantly.
You overestimate Garou's copy ability. DB characters gonna do the same thing, copying techniques with their raw talent and no hax needed. Also "1 to 1billion" is the stupidest thing I've heard in a while. No proof.
Garou has amazing potential. Say he got to grow with the z-fighters across the arcs he would probably be able to stand next to Goku in terms of power. But if he had to go from human Garou and adapt to current goku in one go he would probably die before he adapted.
No way he wouldn’t surpass Goku. If Garou was dropped into Dragon Ball, he would usurp the main character. He broke his limiter in monster form and grew absurdly fast in the course of a couple hours, and I think he could grow faster than even Frieza WITHOUT Cosmic Fear Mode.

Since filler was used in the video you could even use the filler scene of Vegta just standing in outer space as another argument for radiation resistance. I do think garou stops at the buu saga but if we go with the scenario of goku not finishing garou off immediately then garou could get too strong for goku to win so only kid buu would be left assuming goku and vegeta didn't fuse.
i doubt that feat has any merit since those pods most likely have a little atmosphere to protect saiyans since its stated multiple times they cant go in space (most recent ive seen is in the moro fight) so i doubt they have resistances to that type of stuff since they cant go to space in general but dragonball is mad inconsistent so it could go either way (its a pain in the ass trying to scale dragonball)
@dominicpatton120 Those statements only appeared in super and nothing has ever stated or implied the saiyan pods have atmospheres somehow and this was all the way back in Z. I was just bringing it up since other filler feats were brought up in the video.

@dominicpatton120 That statement was only in the super manga which is a separate continuity but even if it applied to the filler my point was that the saiyans still showcased radiation resistance since vegeta was fine while outside his pod for a minute or 2. The only function we see a saiyan pod was transport the user I don't remember any life related functions also even if there were assuming that the saiyan pods were so advanced they can create their own localized atmospheres is pretty outlandish and doesn't seem to have much basis. I mean like I said that doesn't matter the video brought up filler feats so discussing filler feats is fine, I know it's filler and isn't canon I even go out of my way to preface that in my original comment.

Depends if the z fighter take him seriously from the get go cause since he gets stronger with every near death experience he could potientially surpass most of the cast if he survive and recover. There’s also the idea he can eventually copy all their ki techniques since ki exists in opm as well

Wasn't that pink goo thing who used a form of vegeta's body able to hold its own against goku? Garou being able to copy wouldn't surpass anyone stronger, only copy their stats, the only way he wins is by his techniques.
The thing is due to the nature of how garou grows as a fighter narritivly I really think placing him in any different series universe drastically changes his power cealing. If you place base garou in one piece by the end he will be one of the strongest but would be drastically weaker than his one punch man version but then by the same metric place him in dragon ball I think he will far surpass his strength in one punch man. You can list of all his feats all you want but at the end of the day the garou's core feature as a character is just this insane rapid growth that he gets through fighting. The reason he lost to saitama is simply because Saitama level is so far above the rest of his own universe that by the time garou got to him the gap was to far for garou to close on time. But if you where to hypothetically place him at the start of dragon ball I think he would keep pace and stay constant with the power level as it esculates through z and even super
Teleport goku in space, its not a definite it'll work but goku does do goku things plus. Plus garou can copy super saiyan being able to learn blasts genetic power, plus garou could copy ego, beast and orange piccolo form, and im sure garou can bait at least goku and vegeta to go in there forms. Garou may still lose but its definitely something to think about.
In my opinion, I think if Garou spends some time the DBZ verse and fights the right people. He could probably grow and catch up to stronger fighters. Also if there’s any scrolls or books involved in fighting or powers. He can read them and mimic the movement. Idk about flying, but I think what would most likely happen is Garou might hide in the bushes and over hear on how to fly. So As long if Garou starts small and doesn’t go and challenge Beerus or Zeno from the start. I think he could survive in the DBZ verse. What do you guys think?
Garou is basically a character that punishes not taking action immediatly So he would pretty much take advantage of Goku or Vegeta not going all out to become a threat by copying their power and techniques.

Garou would be able to copy anyone. his copy ability isnt just the ability to copy techniques. he was able to copy Saitama as a person. His strength, speed, durability, Garou was able to copy it all. only reason he lost was because of Saitamas ability to grow infinitly in a very short period of time. the way i think this would play out is for the sayain and early android saga he would probably only need his monster Garou form that beat Platinum S, for everrything else up to buu saga he would definetely need his cosmic form but i do believe with his ability to copy everything he would eventually win.

This would repeat until; 1: his opponent runs out of stamina 2: his opponent runs out of new forms and amps 3: they reveal a technique that, when perfected by garou, causes a ko before they can do anything Garou has many win cons and every technique and amp used just makes garou stronger, and since garou would then improve upon those techniques, every x1000 amp a character uses will just give garou a free x2000 amp. Garou is a martial artist who borrow powers from God to achieve his goals. Goku is a martial artist who relies on himself to train and eventually surpasses God. Garou would quite literally parallel Moro vs Mui Goku fight if he fought the Z fighters
Goku drank divine water to power up and fight evil king piccolo, he also had help from other saiyans to reach super saiyan god, and in the dbs anime before the tournament of power he was going to sit infront of elder Supreme Kai for a free power up like gohan did ( the only reason he didn't was because it would take too long ). DBZ is honestly filled with power ups without having to work for it. Garou rejected god's power. The only reason he received it was because when he smacked God's hand away in rejection it transferred his power to garou.

Garou doesn't just copy techniques but also the power of his opponent and the power of the technique ( p sure thats how it works ). Assuming he doesnt get blitzed and overwhelmed immediately, Garou could potentionally get a win con over Buu Saga characters and maybe even higher considering the fact that Garou could in theory copy the ultra instinct as it is a technique and match the power of his opponents. Saitama beat Garou since he just kept getting stronger everytime he was copied due to his growth rate. Hypothetically speaking if Garou copied someone like DBS Goku or Beerus or just Vegito DBZ he would match their power and it would just become a battle of who would break their limits first. Not to undermine Vegito and the other characters but Garous battle IQ was ridiculous even before Cosmic Fear Mode his hax such as reactive adapation ( he developed resistance to physic powers after being exposed to it ) and mid tier regeneration and stamina that seemingly correlates to his willpower could probably give him a win con over Buu Saga and beyond characters.

@@jasonkruger4867 First of all, this is all head canon. No where does it say you can't copy ultra instinct. In the manga Roshi kind of tapped into UI against Jiren and he didn't die cause of power. The canon reason why Moro couldn't "copy" Ultra Instinct is because he STOLE the ability from Merus who has a greater level of UI, simply stealing it wouldn't allow him to use it. Garou has a completely different power where he could outright copy / and match the exact power of his opponent. For example if you are a planet level and Garou copies you he becomes planet level and shares the exact same stats as you. Ultra instinct is a technique as well which Garou is literally a master at copying and learning techniques instantly.

Honestly, radiation might actually carry garou across the Buu saga until he ultimately hard stops at Buu. The radiation garou was passively generating would need to be greater than the one generated by a nuclear bomb in order to kill people that quickly. But even then his passive radiation is not comparable with the sheer ammount of radiation a GRB would generate if he hits any z fighter with that.

Cosmic Fear Garou would be insanely powerful by DBZ standards, he scales from Multi Solar System to Galaxy Level and has MFTL speed scaling, not only that but he’s similar to Cell in the way that he can copy techniques of other people. I can see Cosmic Fear Garou easily beating Chiaotzu, Tien, Yamcha, Yajirobe, Kid Trunks, Kid Goten, and maybe Krillin but he gets stomped by Gohan, Piccolo, Vegeta, Android 17, Android 18, and Goku.
Humans haven't been shown to get any resistances to radiation, and alot everyone judges fighters based on power so once they sense the initial uninteresting power of garou the radiation hits and most humans find themselves unable to breathe in space and they dead If garou has the liberty of facing off with each z fighter 1v1 weakest to strongest he'd copy everyone power set and continue on doing the same strategy gaining everyone powers and abilities they show also increasing in power being exposed to more powerful ki. Eventually garou gains access to each of everyone forms and abilities and he'd be a true threat and if he isn't able to Beat goku or vegeta sending there a** to space would solve his problem
Great video, and I do agree that Garou stops at Buu Saga too. Still just gotta mention, Garou's Technique was only possible because Saitama was doing it. Garou, I'm pretty sure, said that he couldn't do the technique so he's not immeasurable sadly, albeit it was a hax based technique because it involved reversing the way his atoms flowed so if his atoms moved in one direction, he reversed the atoms and anti atomps or whatever it's called to flow the opposite direction, so Garou does not hit immeasurable speeds. It was hax/a technique since it wasn't them traveling back from speed, rather controlling an aspect of the universe by reversing the way their atoms moved, and Garou couldn't complete the technique himself, so he taught Saitama it.
This was really good and I’m glad you decided to stick with Z because we all know super just completely out scales along with GT especially when you factor in things that you said like the Hakai, Time stop, movement in a space beyond time, shaking the literal afterlife, and the entirety of the universe, and even UI (especially manga UI) then there’s just no way super just out scales in every possible manner but Z is just so much more of a fair fight
What I really hate about dragon ball is the claims of destructive powers are so incredibly high like being able to destroy the universe in a couple more punches from battle of the gods yet the best destructive feats we see are planets being destoyed and I guess Super Shenron eating galaxies or something. But thats just due to his size. While One Punch Man doesnt have all these claims of being able to destroy universe with one punch and crap like that but has far better feats of destructive power with the serious punch² destroying multiple stars instantly.

It because they are that strong. We see this with Goku vs Beerus and in the Broly movie when Broly and Gogeta broke reality. The thing I don't understand is why do people only say this about Dragon ball? This happens in a lot of different media: DC, Marvel, Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, God of War, The Doom series, Devil May Cry and much more. We even see examples of this in One Punch Man, Like the fight on Jupiter's moon. How did the moon survive that fight? As you pointed out with the serious punch², they were ridiculously powerful. The entire solar system should have been blown away, let alone a moon. Also Saitama's last punch on future Garou should of destroyed the Earth and the zero punch should of caused more destruction as well. At least with DB we are given reasons why they don't destroy everything: Ki control, they hold back, they aim their attack only at the enemy, aiming into the sky or detonating their attack before it hits the ground.

I think its also important to note that Garou is smart. He made sure to read up and memorize all the S-class heroes moves and ability to know what he was up against. I don't doubt he would stake them out first

I think it all depends on if Gaurou can just straight up copy and improve everyone's attacks and if the dbz characters can outgrow that ability by exponentially increasing in power in short time while fighting

I don't think the ki attacks would generate radiation like that. If they did, then everyone on earth would have been passively dying out in large numbers considering the amount of ki blasts that's been tossed out since King Piccolo destroying a city or Ma Jr blowing up the island before they even got to Namek.

Video feels pretty unbiased, which is refreshing. The only critique I'd throw out is when Saitama and Garou clashed Serious Punches - if you hold a spec of sand on your fingertip towards the night sky, that spec of sand will block out MILLIONS of stars and GALAXIES (remember, the pretty lights in the sky are not just stars, but mostly galaxies). The manga makes it very clear their unleashed explosive power - teleported away by Blast - was a PLANET sized hole in the night sky, not a spec of sand. This would likely include trillions of stars and galaxies combined (instantly destroyed, BTW). Making that massively larger than multi-galaxy level of destruction. And if memory serves me correctly, that punch happened pretty early on once Garou took on Saitama's powers, which means they simply continued to infinitely scale beyond that until the fight was finished.
But like I said, pretty good vid!
Reading through my comment made me think of something - Garou "copied" Saitama's powers, but Saitama's powers can't be copied. That would be like me saying I'm going to copy the punching power level of Mike Tyson because I saw him punch one time. Sure, I could copy his technique, but not the raw force behind it. That makes me think he can actually replicate and reproduce whatever he sees. That makes me wonder if he could basically copy and produce ki blasts or hell even SSJ powerups. Lmao.
@@rebewlrakhe can mostly likely just copy moves of those within the scope of god since he’s the one that gave garou the powers and he was able to copy blast power and he also has to powers of god, saitama that was more of a mimic since if it was perfect copy it should have been able to do something but then again he was doing the same before god gave him powers, which is copying and utilizing thé techniques of people he fights and improving them. Garou being able to copy anything needs way more evidence when I was able to rationalize what he can and can’t do by what he’s shown since he can’t just automatically gain thé strength of opponent when he’s imitating them but he could possibly reach there ap by growing in strength in time if he doesn’t get taken out.

The really cool thing about Garou is that if he trained with the Z fighters between villains, he would probably be able to oneshot every last one because of the absurd speed of his growth and his broken limiter. Garou isn’t scary because he’s strong, he’s scary because unless you kill him or make him quit, he will surpass you.
Any saiyan in the z fighters has that same scary potential though, not to mention freeza. Going from maybe star level to arguably multiversal in 4 months is nuts

I think it really depends on two major factors:
1. Narrative: If the goal is to have Garou have a climactic fight with the big time threats of end of Z, then you could easily argue that Garou could grow to reach those levels by starting small, adapting to weaker opponents, and working his way up to eventually hang with major opponents. Plus, it's very much in character for DBZ characters to start small and work their way up, especially when they feel an opponent is inferior to them. Without knowing the full scope of Garou's potential, I feel that characters like Goku, Vegeta, and DEFINITELY Z Gohan would pull their punches in favor of testing him. This goes double for Goku and Gohan because they'd likely be able to sense that Garou isn't actually that bad of a guy and wouldn't be inclined to actually kill him. After some point, they'd definitely start fighting to win, but the question becomes "can Garou adapt quickly enough before they decide to finish him off?"
2. Hax: DBZ is a bit weird in that many hax abilities tend to just get negated when the opponent is strong enough. It's highly likely that Garou's radiation would get negged by his opponents just being stronger and thus immune to it, whereas weaker opponents would probably get destroyed by it. If Garou's copy ability allows him to perfectly copy an opponent's abilities and powers, then he could theoretically just use a Mode: Goku, for example, to copy ssj3 Goku's power and abilities. Even if he can't transform into a super saiyan, the fact that he was able to repeatedly copy Saitama's powers to keep up with him even as he was growing shows that it should be possible. The only reason he lost to Saitama there is because Saitama was literally growing in strength faster than Garou's copy could keep up. IF Garou's copy is perfect, then he should be able to just copy the abilities of his opponents and improve on them.
Garou should definitely be able to copy any technique he sees, barring biological abilities like Buu's absorption (and even that's arguable tbh). If he can hypothetically copy a ssj3 Goku AND the kaioken, he wins, end of discussion. He'll easily start to adapt it and reach levels of kaioken far higher than Goku has ever managed, and his insane durability, adaptation, and presumed regen afforded by his monsterfication will just let him massively outscale any foe present. But this all assumes that he'll even get to that point. A LOT would need to go wrong on the Z-fighters' ends for Garou to just go unchecked for that long. However we've seen in both the Cell and the Buu saga that any time there's room for the characters to sell, they will find a way to make it happen.
TLDR for those who don't wanna read my rambling: I'd say that if enough goes right for Garou he easily solos by merit of hax and adaptation. But if the fighters take him seriously right off the bat and fight to take him down quickly, they probably put a lid on him before he gets out of hand.

I just wanna add that Cosmic Garou doesn't really need any time in order to close the gap on strength and speed, like the growth shown on that graph. He can close the gap instantly, like when Saitama used the first serious punch on him. The problem came when he was constantly copying Saitama, but then every moment Saitama was exponentially stronger than the last. This made it so each time he copied Saitama, Saitama immediately pulled away more and more, with no limit.
Likewise, he wouldn't need to literally copy Saiyan genetics in order to copy the power of Super Saiyan. Understanding of the flow of all energy would naturally include ki, and he'd be able to replicate any ki based abilities. And even if he couldn't, he could just copy the actual force and speed behind the attacks of a Super Saiyan. I think most of his difficulty would come from some of the hax and magic from the Buu saga. It would depend if he could copy or resist any of it. Considering that fighters were able to resist by just purely overpowering them, it seems like Garou might be able to do the same if his exponential growth ramps up.
Honestly i think garou would get along with goku and gang pretty well if he was in Dragon Ball

I have to mention gouro was capable of copying the raw strength/durability of Saitama. If you look at the graph each of garou's dots are equal to Saitama's previous dot so garou could potentially just copy the power level of his opponent unless they are capable of quickly growing stronger infinitely like Saitama otherwise he just matches power then out skills his opponent.
Garou couldn't keep up with Saitama's exponential growth in strength, I doubt he would be able to keep up with multiverse level characters in Buu saga.
Edit: what I mean is that Because Saitama's strength grows exponentially it will always tend to infinity, but won't reach it, so Saitama won't even be infinite strength level.
And limitless doesn't mean infinite.

Garou would beat him easily. Strength wise Garou already surpass SSJ Vegeta in U6 arc who cannot lift Magetta(1000+ tons confirmed by Beerus). So Buu saga character should be a joke to him.
@@memeplug5849 Garou can grow but his growth rate value isn't confirmed so we have to work with how things went against Saitama. He was capable of keeping up with Saitama until the gap widened too much, at that point we cant say for sure that he can keep growing beyond his current point due to Saitama blows tearing him apart and forcing him to recoil with each encounter seemingly unable to do anything about it. Any Saiyan that transforms against Garou would easily body him especially if we take the cosmic Garou before Saitama real fight, since that Garou would need to have survive atleast 1 strong encounter to match some mid tier Z levels. If we take Garou after Saitama fight He'd only lose to players like Buu and Goku and characters that scale above them, I can see the SSJ3 transformation being too much of a gap to close and due to ssj3 being on a strict time limit, Goku won't play with his food and just kill Garou.

Like the statement about him being able to shake the universe, and Murata saying that he would have the power to destroy the universe (though in this same statement he said he said he would have to check with one).
I heard of the shaking the universe one, but I wasn't sure if it was from an official source. Where did Murata state that?
@@Chuck Murata said it in an interview. The guy interviewing him asked something like "How strong is Cosmic Garou? Can he destroy the universe?", and then Murata replied with "Yes, I'm pretty sure he can destroy the universe, but I'd have to double check with ONE.". I did, however, get it off an answer off quora.
As for where the "power to shake the universe" statement, I'm pretty sure either ONE or Murata made a tweet trying to promote the manga and that's what it said when you translated it. It could have also just been some promoter or publisher promoting it, so take me saying it's from ONE or Murata with a grain of salt. Hope that helped.
I think Cosmic Garou would be pretty much like Super Perfect Cell in terms of power, probably a few times stronger actually... And with more threatening technics but lesser regeneration... (Garou was shown to have slight regeneration abilities, being able to recover from broken ribs and even growing back an arm through anger alone)
Meh perfect cell is most likely stronger than cosmic garou he has a few likes of universal scaling and even if you dont wanna go with that he should still scale above that feat in the namek saga where the blast could be seen from outside the galaxy

And garou can't really copy anything if use from cell sure he could do a Kamehameha wave but that doesn't really matter I will say he could copy instant transmission and maybe zenkai boosts but cell is just too strong too fast and has better abillites

The waves grew stronger with distance and would've eventually destroyed the universe and also Goku if they kept happening. I agree with everything you said but I feel like I should point out that Garou improves every moment he's in combat. Like, all his stats just shoot up tremendously all the time. I feel like Garou would become a serious problem even in the Buu arc if nobody took him seriously immediately. He could feasibly outclass many of the characters in a relatively short amount of time. The wildcards in all this is how resistant are dbz characters are against radiation and how resistant is Garou against magic? Could Buu absorb him? Could he be zapped by the candy beam? Would Goku's just drop immediately cus his cells exploded?
Yes buu could definitely absorb him if the power gap is extremely massive it’s a hard stomp. Especially if we are talking Buutenks, Super buu, Kidd buu, and Buuhan. The power difference is honestly laughable to the point where there would be nothing he could do. Buu would either just straight up kill him or eat him

i feel like cosmic garou has a incredibly high chance of winning because in his cosmic form not only can he copy techniques, he can also copy power. Gravity knuckle and nuclear fission are both copied attacks from a hero named blast, so garou can just look at any of their attacks and copy it. That is a confirmed huge advantage garou has.

Garou also went from sidewalk level to planetary level in like 4 days of constant fighting without god’s influence. And then with gods influence he turned into a multi-galactic level warrior so imagine what he could do if he was fighting people as strong as the buus I think he could definitely react to them and eventually overpower them due to garou’s raw fighting genius. He is literally a grit monster and doesn’t go down and just keeps impoving at a rate that is likely far beyond anyone in the Dragon ball verse (maybe besides hit) but even then from his technique and strength replicating plus all the techniques he already gained. Garou would be able to lean things like instant transmission, forced fusion split, perfected UI (if he looks at whis), hakai, ultra ego, and more than likely the buu magic. The buu magic is strange but I don’t think it’s something he can’t copy since he already copied blast’s hyperspace gates which is cosmic manipulation that only blast should be able to do (excluding saitama)
garou doesn't improve faster than gohan or broly, and while he'd learn OP techniques like hakai, UI, UE upon seeing them in action, he'd still fall ridiculously short in terms of actual AP and speed, which is ground that could not be covered quickly enough for it to make a significant impact, he learns hakai, goku tanks it like he did prior to the TOP, then, speed blitz one shot, we go within character which is a faulty way of actually determining how fights will play out, as we're scaling characters that will do combat, and to bring up in-character traits is a bit of a cop-out, regardless the outcome is the same, garou closes the distance between him and goku, goku realizes he's getting stronger and is a threat, then actively makes an effort to take him down, regardless of his grit, saitama put him down with enough force, saitama would scale below goku, vegeta etc, the result would be similar

@@alpejohnson491 It wouldn't work like that, UI for Goku is a transformation that allows him to use the movements, at least before he trained them in the manga, which proves that the movements themselves aren't a power boost, or else Moro would have become Zeno tier after multiplying his base power a million times getting UI.
If he copied the transformation itself, it could work, but it feels Saiyan exclusive, just as how Vegeta has Ultra Ego despite none of the gods transforming on it nor even having purple hair, for the ones that have hair like Sidra.
More than likely, he would copy Goku himself, which would put him at Goku's level, or stronger, but not millions of times that.

The Super Saiyan forms he shouldn't be able to, for the same reason as UI, they are Saiyan-exclusive transformations, again as with Moro, he copied Vegeta, but he couldn't simply go SSB.
However, one thing he would be able to copy and should be stupidly effective is Kaioken, something that Cell should totally have used, given how he was aware of the Spirit Bomb and claimed he could do it.
I think Ki was mentioned in OMP with Atomic Samurai, idk if I heard it wrong but when Atomic Samurai tried to use the Sun Blade he wasn't able to wield it as proficient as he is with a blade because he didn't have enough Ki

Another comparison to consider is that Garou would be akin to Broly. Depending on the arc Garou is and the z fighters he would match them if Goku or Vegita are being cocky, but if that is the case then it would be fair for them to get their fusion/ senzu bean/ energy donation from another Z fighter to get a zenkai and push them over the edge of finishing the fight.

I think you underestimate Garou's copying ability. When he first copied Serious Saitama, he went from level 1 to level 1 billion in an instant. Then, when Saitama kept growing stronger, he was keeping up with him for a long time, matching him punch by punch. This means Garou can instantly become as strong and fast as his opponent is at any given moment. Literally, mid-punch, that is moving at MFTL speeds, he can copy the power of any technique that is thrown at him. In other words, I can't see why would it matter if Garou scales as high as Buu Saga characters. One look at them when they go all out is all he needs to copy their stats instantly.
You overestimate Garou's copy ability. DB characters gonna do the same thing, copying techniques with their raw talent and no hax needed. Also "1 to 1billion" is the stupidest thing I've heard in a while. No proof.
Garou has amazing potential. Say he got to grow with the z-fighters across the arcs he would probably be able to stand next to Goku in terms of power. But if he had to go from human Garou and adapt to current goku in one go he would probably die before he adapted.
No way he wouldn’t surpass Goku. If Garou was dropped into Dragon Ball, he would usurp the main character. He broke his limiter in monster form and grew absurdly fast in the course of a couple hours, and I think he could grow faster than even Frieza WITHOUT Cosmic Fear Mode.

Since filler was used in the video you could even use the filler scene of Vegta just standing in outer space as another argument for radiation resistance. I do think garou stops at the buu saga but if we go with the scenario of goku not finishing garou off immediately then garou could get too strong for goku to win so only kid buu would be left assuming goku and vegeta didn't fuse.
i doubt that feat has any merit since those pods most likely have a little atmosphere to protect saiyans since its stated multiple times they cant go in space (most recent ive seen is in the moro fight) so i doubt they have resistances to that type of stuff since they cant go to space in general but dragonball is mad inconsistent so it could go either way (its a pain in the ass trying to scale dragonball)

The thing is due to the nature of how garou grows as a fighter narritivly I really think placing him in any different series universe drastically changes his power cealing. If you place base garou in one piece by the end he will be one of the strongest but would be drastically weaker than his one punch man version but then by the same metric place him in dragon ball I think he will far surpass his strength in one punch man. You can list of all his feats all you want but at the end of the day the garou's core feature as a character is just this insane rapid growth that he gets through fighting. The reason he lost to saitama is simply because Saitama level is so far above the rest of his own universe that by the time garou got to him the gap was to far for garou to close on time. But if you where to hypothetically place him at the start of dragon ball I think he would keep pace and stay constant with the power level as it esculates through z and even super

In my opinion, I think if Garou spends some time the DBZ verse and fights the right people. He could probably grow and catch up to stronger fighters. Also if there’s any scrolls or books involved in fighting or powers. He can read them and mimic the movement. Idk about flying, but I think what would most likely happen is Garou might hide in the bushes and over hear on how to fly.

Goku drank divine water to power up and fight evil king piccolo, he also had help from other saiyans to reach super saiyan god, and in the dbs anime before the tournament of power he was going to sit infront of elder Supreme Kai for a free power up like gohan did ( the only reason he didn't was because it would take too long ). DBZ is honestly filled with power ups without having to work for it. Garou rejected god's power. The only reason he received it was because when he smacked God's hand away in rejection it transferred his power to garou.

Saitama beat Garou since he just kept getting stronger everytime he was copied due to his growth rate. Hypothetically speaking if Garou copied someone like DBS Goku or Beerus or just Vegito DBZ he would match their power and it would just become a battle of who would break their limits first. Not to undermine Vegito and the other characters but Garous battle IQ was ridiculous even before Cosmic Fear Mode his hax such as reactive adapation ( he developed resistance to physic powers after being exposed to it ) and mid tier regeneration and stamina that seemingly correlates to his willpower could probably give him a win con over Buu Saga and beyond characters.

@@jasonkruger4867 First of all, this is all head canon. No where does it say you can't copy ultra instinct. In the manga Roshi kind of tapped into UI against Jiren and he didn't die cause of power. The canon reason why Moro couldn't "copy" Ultra Instinct is because he STOLE the ability from Merus who has a greater level of UI, simply stealing it wouldn't allow him to use it. Garou has a completely different power where he could outright copy / and match the exact power of his opponent. For example if you are a planet level and Garou copies you he becomes planet level and shares the exact same stats as you. Ultra instinct is a technique as well which Garou is literally a master at copying and learning techniques instantly.

Remember y’all that Cosmic Garou use physical power instead of ki or energy to destroyed a planet, galaxies or solar system. Like King vegeta and master roshi they don’t use their physical power to destroyed the planets. Mostly in Db most of the characters use ki or energy to destroyed planets while opm they use psychical power. In term of psychical power Cosmic Garou win and beside he can use the copy technique.
I feel like Garou at his peak is roughly high-tier Cell Saga level - around the level of Perfect Cell, MAYBE Super Perfect Cell/SSJ2 Gohan if he copies enough - but that's probably where he stops. Anyone above Super Perfect Cell would more than likely slam him, but honestly its quite impressive that he can make it that far at all lol
Garou's strength alone surpass Cell. SSJ Vegeta in U6 arc cannot lift Magetta(1000+ tons confirmed by Beerus) while Garou copied Saitama who lift half of Io moon(million to quintillion tons).

Honestly, radiation might actually carry garou across the Buu saga until he ultimately hard stops at Buu.
The radiation garou was passively generating would need to be greater than the one generated by a nuclear bomb in order to kill people that quickly.
But even then his passive radiation is not comparable with the sheer ammount of radiation a GRB would generate if he hits any z fighter with that.
People forgot garou isnt only copying techniques
He can copy people as well
He straight up turns into saitama and kept exponentially growing in strength as saitama was growing as well
And by the way that serious punch² was at the start of the fight, its implied they get even stronger than that as the fight goes on clearly scaling higher than the beginning of the fight
I think with all of his abilities he can pretty much keep up with anyone in dragon ball super if he doesn't end up just losing the fight instantly due to the obvious power gap between the best feat we've seen in garous case and if you are a dbs nerd and know that dragon ball super characters are already past that level
And someone compared him to cell but he isnt exactly like cell even though they both have lots of potential, its just the rate he can reach that potential which is why i think he is different from cell
Blasts ability isnt a technique its a genetic power and garou learned and copied it, meaning potential he could learn god ki and super saiyan, stacked with beast, ultra ego and ultra instinct, plus maybe whatever piccolo has.

Cosmic Fear Garou would be insanely powerful by DBZ standards, he scales from Multi Solar System to Galaxy Level and has MFTL speed scaling, not only that but he’s similar to Cell in the way that he can copy techniques of other people. I can see Cosmic Fear Garou easily beating Chiaotzu, Tien, Yamcha, Yajirobe, Kid Trunks, Kid Goten, and maybe Krillin but he gets stomped by Gohan, Piccolo, Vegeta, Android 17, Android 18, and Goku.
Humans haven't been shown to get any resistances to radiation, and alot everyone judges fighters based on power so once they sense the initial uninteresting power of garou the radiation hits and most humans find themselves unable to breathe in space and they dead
If garou has the liberty of facing off with each z fighter 1v1 weakest to strongest he'd copy everyone power set and continue on doing the same strategy gaining everyone powers and abilities they show also increasing in power being exposed to more powerful ki. Eventually garou gains access to each of everyone forms and abilities and he'd be a true threat and if he isn't able to Beat goku or vegeta sending there a** to space would solve his problem

Still just gotta mention, Garou's Technique was only possible because Saitama was doing it. Garou, I'm pretty sure, said that he couldn't do the technique so he's not immeasurable sadly, albeit it was a hax based technique because it involved reversing the way his atoms flowed so if his atoms moved in one direction, he reversed the atoms and anti atomps or whatever it's called to flow the opposite direction, so Garou does not hit immeasurable speeds. It was hax/a technique since it wasn't them traveling back from speed, rather controlling an aspect of the universe by reversing the way their atoms moved, and Garou couldn't complete the technique himself, so he taught Saitama it.

This was really good and I’m glad you decided to stick with Z because we all know super just completely out scales along with GT especially when you factor in things that you said like the Hakai, Time stop, movement in a space beyond time, shaking the literal afterlife, and the entirety of the universe, and even UI (especially manga UI) then there’s just no way super just out scales in every possible manner but Z is just so much more of a fair fight
What I really hate about dragon ball is the claims of destructive powers are so incredibly high like being able to destroy the universe in a couple more punches from battle of the gods yet the best destructive feats we see are planets being destoyed and I guess Super Shenron eating galaxies or something. But thats just due to his size.
While One Punch Man doesnt have all these claims of being able to destroy universe with one punch and crap like that but has far better feats of destructive power with the serious punch² destroying multiple stars instantly.

@@wolvreigns I checked again, UA-cam Deleted it lol, basically I Calculated the Weight of Planet Vegeta as well as the Velocity of the Explosion in DBS: Broly and got around Solar System Level Kinetic Energy. (Planet Vegeta is way, way bigger than Earth btw)
It because they are that strong. We see this with Goku vs Beerus and in the Broly movie when Broly and Gogeta broke reality.
The thing I don't understand is why do people only say this about Dragon ball? This happens in a lot of different media: DC, Marvel, Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, God of War, The Doom series, Devil May Cry and much more.
We even see examples of this in One Punch Man, Like the fight on Jupiter's moon. How did the moon survive that fight? As you pointed out with the serious punch², they were ridiculously powerful. The entire solar system should have been blown away, let alone a moon. Also Saitama's last punch on future Garou should of destroyed the Earth and the zero punch should of caused more destruction as well.
At least with DB we are given reasons why they don't destroy everything: Ki control, they hold back, they aim their attack only at the enemy, aiming into the sky or detonating their attack before it hits the ground.
