Decir que la bachata actual es basura sería como decir que toda la música actual es basura...preguntales a Mozart, bach o músicos antiguos cristianos, africanos o indios... Es como decir que Ronaldinho no jugaba ya a futbol porque trajo una serie de habilidades que los otros jugadores no hacen. Lo que hace el chico en el vídeo es todo bachata básica bien ejecutada, es decir, no hace nada de lo que hace Ronaldinho, tan solo controles, pases y chutes normales.

This is a very inspirational video, every time I watch it I realize I've been staying away from dance for a long time. Hope you guys make another great choreography
I'm so surprised to see people say " this is real bachata " ... I'm so happy cause that's exactly how I dance at parties ( and how people generally dance ) and I'm from Greece. I see very complicated moves by professional dancers at festivals but I'm happy to hear people in the Dominican Republic ( where bachata originated) dance like this . Also , good news everyone! You can reach this level in 3-6 months , depending on how many classes and Latin parties you attend . I have had only 4 hours of bachata class ( it's nothing ) but 400 hours of dancing at parties . Good luck and never give up !
Omg i'm so glad to be latina cause I never went to classes and I know dance salsa, bachata, merengue, etc... I recommend going to Latin parties because it's the fastest way to learn, in fact I danced for the first time in my life in one.
Something I love to watch at parties. Is watching my parents dance together. They're so in sync and go off into their own world's together. It's so sweet and beautiful to watch.

I love this so much. In my opinion, it is the best bachata video. You really express love, emotions and pleasure while dancing it. Most other videos are just shows of a dishonest new dance with some bachata influences and wrong priorities like a exaggerated performance. You did it really the best (:

the fact that you know how to dance by yourself means you can do it with a partner too, sadly sometimes people can be shy. Just practice with someone you're more comfortable with being a brother,father,sister or even another girl I guarantee you will get the hang of being with a partner quick. Bachata is beautiful music to dance to and enjoyed with a partner even more

Muy bien para ser un video aficionado, aunque como todos queremos aprender y aprendemos cada dia mas, mis tips en este caso, la mujer baila muy bien, aunque le hombre esta destacando mas, trata de enderezarte un poco y mejora la postura (se que al jorobarse se tiene un poco mas de control sobre los movimientos pero no es tan estetico) y trata de evitar tanto balanceo en los brazos... tu estilo de bachata es romantico, de salon... podrias tratar ver videos de ataca y la alemana que es la mejor reseña para este tipo de bachata, y pasate por la dominicana, tiene muchos recursos que aprovechar!... que aguante el baile! y jamas lo dejes.
