Hey, great question! Personally, I think it depends on each individual and what they’re capable of- I’ve known some teachers encourage students to go really big with the circles, but then if a student has back trouble or is more of a beginner then I would definitely say start small and built up to what feels comfortable.
This is my favourite video demonstration of classical Pilates, thank you for the detailed explanations. I enjoy following this a lot!
Thank you so much!
The best Pilates classical video I found, so clean and clear
Thank you so much!
Thank you for demonstrating all the exercises.
Thanks for watching!
It's such a beautiful movement. I have a disc in my back, so some of the movements are difficult. But I'm trying my best to follow you.❤❤❤
Oh thank you so muuuuchhhh.. this is a fullbody workout full with useful information!
So glad you like it! Check out the stretch & strengthen series too!
Thank you for sharing 💝
When you’re doing the leg circles - is it important to stay within the frame of the body? That was a big thing with Mari Winsor.

Did we do the number of reps for classical Pilates ?
Hi. In other versions of the roll over that I’ve seen there’s no circles. Is this just a modification of it?
How often should this video be done?
four times per week. Pilates writes about the benefits of this schedule in his book, Return to Life Through Contrology [Pilates]
