@Thunderpaws111 That's a reality in VN now. Huong's orphanage is one of many, many, many "so-called" Warm Roof. 99% of the kids in those warm roofs are abandoned, not orphans. Huong's warm roof is one of the best due to Huong's "marketing" skills on UA-cam and her "thick skin" to ignore all negative comments in order to keep her UA-cam channels going. All warm roofs in VN have to register with and are under the supervision of the Vietnamese authority. If they don't do anything, what on earth you and I can do. Kind regards.
