I'm really looking forward to Words of Kings and Prophets. Like you, I enjoyed the first book but wasn't blown away by it....but I am very much anticipating that he second instalment will be more developed in terms of character growth. Also, I had no idea that Bridget Collins had a new book out! So thank you! I loved The Binding!
I'm reading, well finishing actually, a book that might appeal to you. It is cosy fantasy about a sorcerers' library librarian who runs away with many books from that library in order to save them from the fire ignited by revolutionaries. She arrives to her childhood home in a remote island where all kinds of people dwell and she starts a jam shop at her late parents' cottage, but her side business is selling spells to heal trees, merhorses, mermaids, fountains and crops. I can't reveal more, the title is "The Spellshop" and it comes out in the UK next July11th (I'm reading an ARC) I can't wait to read the next installment of Shauna Lawless' "Gael Song", please read the novellas when you can!
By Sara Beth Durst? It’s one of my anticipated releases in the second half of the year! Are the Gael Song novellas good? I wasn’t sure if I was going to get to them. I was thinking if I liked book 2 I might read the novellas
@@badgerreads Yes, that's the one! The first novella is actually a prequel and the second goes after book 2 because it's very revealing. Both of them are, but the second could spoil you book 2
💕💕💕
