  • Pork Tenderloin Salpicao is a dish with pork tenderloins along with Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, and lots of toasted garlic. This is a very flavorful dish that is best eaten with rice. This dish might look like pork adobo, but the taste is totally different.
    This video will show you how I simply cooked this dish along with some tips. Enjoy!
    Salpicao Ingredients:
    1 lb. pork tenderloin
    5 to 7 cloves garlic crushed
    ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    2 tablespoons oyster sauce

    Idol,comment lang ako dun sa “worcestershire”. Sa tingin ko ung pronounciation mo ang tama. Sa pgkkalala ko dn kc ganyan ang turo samin dati bka ung friend mo ang mali hehe. Anyway, madalas ko panoorin at subukan vids mo idol, solid sarap lahat! Thanks idol!

    your instructions were very clear in the first place, so thats a thumbs up! hehe second, i must say the pork tenderloin salpicao is so delicious and appetizing. once again salamat po sa pag share ng recipe. i suggest po try nyo din pong lagyan ng steak sauce and red wine it will add a rich flavour to your salpicao dish 😃

    Ilang oras mo niluto ung pork. Ang lage kong worry pag beef and pork d tender pag s wok lang. Natutuyuan ng sauce d pa tender. Kaya madalas pag pork ot beef sa crockpot. Any suggestion pls.

      Lamb, goat, beef is good with those Asian sauce and you can add red wine when you marinate the meat.

      You may use vegetable oil, but it will really be ideal if olive oil is used.
