Thanks! Anyway about balance, you can still have extremes and keep it going. Do all things you don´t feel like doing and don´t stress about things you can´t change.

I feel like i never talk about how hard it was to start (as an obese teenager)for the same reason because i had so much pain that i enjoyed going from 400g carbs/day to zero then i lost weight and the pain left but it was still easy because at that point i had already built the habits 😅🙏🙏

8 hours of leisure a day? Only todlers have that luxury lol... no one thinks that is work balance, but I get what you are trying to communicate... extreme results will require extreme effort! We need to teach our kids there are NO SHORTCUTS!

THERE IS NO FUCKING BALANCE IF YOUR NOT BORN FROM A RICH HOUSEHOLD, ITS' HARD WORK AWAYS, WITH SOME RARE MOMENTS OF APPRECIATION OF THE HARD WORK DONE AND RESETTING FOR THE NEXT STEP.

Even rich people don’t have balance. There’s a lot of pressure on them to perform.
