Bradley is just so real that I love him even more. He's not perfect but that's just what makes him so lovable and he also has that boyish charm... What more does a girl need aye? :D Blonde with blue eyes, great smile and lovely personality. Oh how I adore him :)
Bradley James is such a fine man, why the hell did he have to change his nose?? So sad, he was a beautiful boy playing King Arthur, especially as he matured in the final series of Merlin.
That’s Hollywood for you. Everyone has to fit a certain “look” and become homogenised to the point of anonymity, it’s awful. I think the attraction with lots of British actors like Bradley is that they prove beauty isn’t about a particular set of features, but just an X factor that can’t be quantified. The hooked nose, crooked teeth, etc. were all part of that indefinable charm. God, I hate Hollywood sometimes.
He was always so handsome, but yes, the final season he looked amazing. I hate that he felt he had to "fix" anything about himself. I just hope that it was a decision he made for himself & not at the behest of other more superficial people, wanting him to fit some kinda "perfect" mold. I hope he's happy about it. But it just makes me sad thinking what kind of message it sends to young people, who can be more impressionable. That this beautiful person wasn't beautiful enough...It's sad.
@@roshieifra In a way I hope the sporting injury/broken nose story is true, because then it’s just one of those things. I hate the idea that it was pressure from a casting director, agent, etc., that made him do it. Bloody hell, if Bradley isn’t considered “beautiful enough”, then God help the rest of us . . . I will add that I’ve just been watching him in “Damien”, and although it’s a different look, he’s gorgeous either way. 👍🏼
@@Melissa.Garrett I really want to watch Damien, but I have such an irrational fear of horror having to do with the devil, demons, hell, possession...I haven't been able to talk myself into it yet. Maybe one day, bc I'm really interested to see him in that. I always thought he was a really good actor, at least in Merlin. He could portray the dichotomy of strong & vulnerable so well.
@sidetable1 i agree im an actress and i have skin problems but im not insecure about it and not a lot of actors and actresses are secure enough to show their inperfections to the world. and hes very talented.
@sujeyberryman now i get why he always have facial hair...in some enterviws...but now his face looks amazing!!! good job there...i have some little acne issue and i can tell it´s hard to fight it...2 o 3 marks only but they are always there...
@sujeyberryman well i don´t really agree...i look better with makeup but is not real at the end...for me it´s like a thing that sometimes help us to complete the image...but is not for always, i´m 29 and now is use less makeup than at 22...
That role was made for Bradley James. Perfect.

"Which I find.. not too difficult" haha Bradley
I like him more as an actor now that I know he isn't "perfect." It's also nice to see an actor not afraid to show his skin problems to the world.
i can't stop watching dvd extras here on youtube

Long live the King
Bradley James with the hand-stand~awesome.
We need Merlin 2 in the USA.
I need whatever make-up they've been using on the Merlin show...

Series 1 aired early in the summer and got very poor ratings. (However, it was barely advertised so that's no shock.)
