Hope you and Aly had a merry Christmas brother and a happy New Year. Happy 2 year anniversary to you and her you both are great. Wishing you all the best from Vancouver. 🎄🍾🎁🙏👊
My brother, If I ever feel lazy I watch your content and get motivated to get stuff done. I just want to thank you.I have friends ordering your coffee and watching your videos.Take care
Thanks! I am 70 years old and what you spoke about in this video is something that took me quite a while to learn. You are headed in the right direction, Kyle. Keep your personal life small but your creativity far-reaching to people like me. God bless you.
Kyle, you are a dreamer but also a doer. What a beautiful but rare combination! Thanks for reminding us all that no matter whatever season of life, always strive to be present. You are nothing short of inspiring!
Its insane how you come up with such good scripts every week man . Its not easy script to 1 hr long videos every week and do it so well. We would love for you to make a video about your process and how you overcome creative “saturation” if at all you have had any :-D. Love and Hugs from India. ❤❤❤
I really appreciate that!! And one of my biggest goals this year is to create online courses about everything I've learned in the last decade. Every part my process will be covered and I can't wait to make this a reality! I'll keep you updated on the channel about the progress
Postcard perfect scenes w lovely music accompaniment. Snow looked like frosting on the branches and the cold water moving alongside the frosty covered ground is some of my favorite things. Sunset was soo beautiful! Susan
There are no words to describe how much I look forward to your videos it is one of the highlights of my week after I finish all my work to be able to relax in a cozy place and enjoy every single moment of your videos the pictures are stunning the music is wonderful the conversation is so authentic and real and natural you are absolutely amazing please keep up the good work and yes I totally 100% support your views on social media and the need to pull away from it and be here in the present moment thank you so much for what you do it is unbelievably wonderful and I appreciate so much how much hard work you put into it take very good care you and Allie are amazing
I 100% agree with your comments on social media. I was in a high stress sales job. When I had a son 3 years ago I decided to leave that life to be present for him. I got a good job in a pharmaceutical plant close to home that paid MORE than my sales job. No more promoting myself on social media, no sales phone, emails, unhappy customers etc. I work 4 days and I have 4 days off. ZERO stress. I have a wonderful relationship with my boy Myles, have just welcomed my daughter Vivienne to the world and I am very happy. I got off Facebook and Instagram. My life is SO much better than it was and I have a much healthier relationship with my wife. Anybody who is unhappy with their lives please take an honest look at what is making you unhappy. I keep UA-cam around for the reasons Kyle mentioned. It makes me happy to see videos like this.
You guys make me smile! You have an Earl Hamner flavor to your narratives that is soothing and entertaining at the same time. Keep the videos coming. I look forward to each one and as I can't play in the snow as I once could, I can still enjoy it through your eyes.
I had never thought of the 'Earl Hamner flavor'....but that is spot on! My mom lived/grew up with the Hamner family & we loved watching the Walton's. ❤
Thanks Kyle for the lovely video again! Very good to hear that, like me, you are taking a little distance from social media that are actually not social at all! I'm sticking with UA-cam myself! Exactly the same here in the Netherlands, everyone only has eyes for the telephone screen while there is so much beauty to see. Greetings from the Netherlands, Jow
I came upon your channel at a time that was a really low point for me and your story telling and content was just the therapy I needed...love from Nigeria ❤
So I'm dating myself here, but my first phone was a flip phone. Times WERE so much simpler. I see both the good and dark of social media & online comunities. Good for connecting people who might not otherwise connect, a means for isolated folks to stay engaged & connected to loved ones and meet new people, etc. The dark side, well, I think we all see and know that. Cheers to you and chasing your dreams, Kyle. That dream farm will arrive soon enough. Thanks for taking us all along for the journey.
Your videos always inspire me to remember the little things in life. With this country in such chaos you just remind me to be thankful for the weather, family, and every minute of life! Have a wonderful New Year!
I remember when you went to the bank and they would count BY HAND every penny you put into your account...... And ledger it by hand in a book... Yes I'm that old... Ah 1950s those were my glory days....oh and the flower thing is called needlepoint... Its beautiful.... Love your story telling.. Brilliant 💞❄️☃️🎄I still have a child 👶like excitement for Christmas 🤶🎁🎅☃️❄️⛄🎄(I'm 70 🤣) this will be my go to video when I want comfort and missing my mom@Dad who loved this time of year... 😢🎄⛄❄️☃️🎅🤶
I’m 57 and have seen how big a problem media distraction is for the younger generation, how addictive and numbing it can be. I put off getting a smart phone for many years because I didn’t want to be tethered to one like so many people are. I finally bit the bullet and started using one about 2 yrs ago and appreciate the convenience of being able to stay better in touch with my family, see and take photos etc. but I have had to work at not letting it be a constant distraction. Good to hear you working at and encouraging others make an effort to be more present in the moment for ourselves, and present for loved ones and friends as well. It’s one of the greatest gift we can give ourselves and others.
You make me smile! You'll get it all done and well. Your real world is way better than anything you can find on social media. I let it all go in June and haven't looked back. What is the value of 155 'likes' on FB? Nothing when you compare it to spending an evening with a dear friend or working on your cabin! It's a change worth making. And thanks for the cross country ski take along. Loved it! All the best for a productive and happy 2023!
The views as you skied were so invigorating! And the Christmas lights with the snow! Thank you for encouraging getting away from social media. I agree. It stills our time and like you, I just want to be present. Awesome video!
I’m going through the exact same thing of trying to wean myself off of my cell phone. I do agree UA-cam is more storytelling rather than What’s on TikTok. My motto for the past few years for the economy, government, food source, and everyday living is “All things local”. Thanks for sharing your great ideas!
Kyle you are truly an OLD SOUL The way you think is as if you have. Lived many lives.. Someone your age.. Doesn't usually have such thoughts and knowledge..@FEELINGS . Ali is a great match for you... Happy New year to you both... 💞🙏💞"" THE HEAR and NOW IS ALL THERE IS "
My husband is a flip-phone guy and a photographer. He bought a 'smartphone' for it's camera feature and did not put it on a service plan. It doesn't have a SIM card. He downloads content through USB cable because it's an Android phone. Apple phones would use wireless. He uses it to make videos as well. Works great. He bought it 'open box' on Ebay for half the price. He's had it for 6 years! Still works great. Like where you are heading.
Trout and coffee I just found you,, I watched your ode to dogs and cried like a baby, I love the beautiful way you film ,your music, your voice is so melodic, your photography is second to none ,I love everything about your channel, I'm 71 years young and your adventures and zest for life takes me back to a beautiful time in my younger years ,but life has a way of slowing us down to a more settled time in our lives another chapter of time we all face ,now my gardens and home and you are part of this adventure, a lovely one indeed, so thank you and yes I to have had many Jack's in my life and many more since they went home to wait for my return ,Love and God's Blessings to you 💞, love is the key, always 💞
I just bought a Jigsaw puzzle that I plan to do and make it permanent so I can hang it on my apartment door and listening to you describe life as it is for the majority of people, hit home. The scene reminds me of some of the shots you take of the snow falling onto the trees with the shades of blue in the background. In the middle of the picture is "LIFE IS GOOD" and then around the outside edges it says "THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO LIVE LIFE - AS IF THERE ARE NO MIRACLES, OF AS IF EVERYTHING IS A MIRACLE." It truly reminded me of how you live your life and how calming I find your videos. You need to approach a manufacturer of puzzles and make a deal, using your pictures and some of the words of wisdom you have. I would buy them for sure. Just not too much snow because I get tired of all the white. You would need other things like your cabin in the pictures. Just me thinking while watching you speak at the end of this video.☺☺

Just gorgeous. And what you said about social media rang so true for me - especially about being in the know about world events. It's like we're watching life instead of living it. That said, I'm turning this off and getting something done. Thanks again for the beauty and the thoughts. Cheers!
To whomever needs the push to make a decision on something good. Just do it. New isn't bad, it's just unknown to you. Move towards what gives you the greatest joy with confidence that all will fall into place.
I have to say, you are wonderful in your images ...they look amazing with focus in the little details that most of the time we can’t see without getting really close to it...and what a Christmas season ❤🎄
This video came at the most perfect time. Capturing Christmas the way you did is incredible and so perfect. Your footage and narrative is impeccable. Great job. Happy New Year ♥️
I'm living out my NE self through you guys, LOL!! Thanks for your efforts and willingness to let us in. I had to chuckle at your wrapping techniques--To heck with straight, perfect cuts-and the merry glass! Missing everyday NE culture and of course the sights......May you and yours continue to be rewarded richly in 2023!
Kyle! This has blown my mind on so many levels! I can't even begin to tell you! My birthright connection to Montreal that one will have to wait. What blows my MIND! IS AT 7.00 AM this morning! before I saw this Video I wrote a poem Called "Guest List" about this very thing!! About our inner circle of life and its driving force to keeping us grounded. The connection and parallels of T&C is just so compelling it just captivates everything I believe in and lived for all of my life since I was a young man. Thank you!! P.S. I'll send the poem to you look for it "Called Guest List"
I found your channel in late August/early September of 2023. My OCD wouldn't allow me to watch out of order. So I put them in order and started from the begining. I sort of caught up by mid December-ish. I was born with Rockaway Beach as my backyard. Raised in the little fishing town of Freeport, Long Island, which boasts being the "Boating & Fishing Capital of the East" (at least that's what the sign says🥰). My Alabama born parents relocated from TN to NY right after high school. I've been blessed to know the summer 'ease' in the south and the tenacity needed to accept, understand, and prepare for the autumns & especially the winters of the North. Of course, New England winters differ from mid Atlantic, & Long Island & City winters differ DRASTICALLY from Upstate winters altogether! But there's just something about the memories of knowing what it means when someone says 'it smells like snow's coming.' (If you know, you know😉); sharpening your blades on your skates, ready for when the ice bubble opens the rink; cleaning & freezing the catches for winter soups, checking those winter items to see what might need repair/donning or trading/replacing. But my most favorite adventures are tagging along w you after a trek through a town over in 'somewhere,' then coming back to that wood burning stove. My parents bought our llittle '32 Cape Cod in '75. Dad bricked up the fireplace and put in that little cast iron workhorse that heated both levels within an hour. Prepping enough wood was a year-round necessity. So dad partnered w a tree/wood cutting small family business after his shifts on the LIRR. He also applied his electrician and carpentry skills into transforming that abandoned little hut into a gem that's still holding strong. (I drove past it when I visited dad before his passing). I remember the first time I saw it. It reminded me of the Cape Cod Suzie wished for from 'Miracle on 34th Street.' (although I often wondered if she had to bring wood in daily & stoke the embers after school when she got home 🤔). But I digress. I just wanted to say, it's been wonderful seeing you grow and follow your passion, even when things seemed to be falling apart. I'm 53 now, oldest kiddos are military, youngest just graduated college & will embark on her own soon. So it's time for the downsize for us. Your video was the first one I'd seen of an Air BNB cabin. We did some research and, with your 'guidance' we were able to find just the right one. We 'discovered' we love gifting experiences and useful and handmade items to one another more than we knew. Ally's handmade coffee smoker (I think that's what it was) encouraged me to make walking sticks for our mountain cabin getaway. I inlaid the handle with shells from our beach trips and squashed pennies from state monuments we'd visited. He in turn printed out, mounted on canvas and hodge podged pics of various beaches, mountains, waterfalls, & lighthouses we'd visited. I knew we'd experienced lots of things, but it's something about being able to see it on canvas in such a unique way displayed in the house. You mentioned before how just a year ago, the cabin wasn't near as cozy as it is now. That's the beauty of working with a like-minded partner and keeping your private life private. That's the best way to stay sane! Ally has also inspired me to get back to my basics of self care with my own fire cider always ready to keep my immunity boosted and channelling into the positivity that is within even in the midst of chaos. I know I'm a year after this video, but I'm still here, right? Thanks for the inspiration. ~Best to you always!
Listening to you or Ally is like talking to an old friend and is so comforting. Your content is always breath taking and your cabin is what caught my attention I am so happy to see it come alive for you two and cant wait for you guys to be able to properly move into it. I wish you good luck and strong fortune for the new year.
Thank you SO much for taking us on that cross country ski! I've lived in the South now for close to 30 years, and I still miss cross country skiing. It doesn't get any better than this!
♥️🥰Your videos have such great heart in them-a reminder of what is good and kind in this frenetic society- wishing you and Alli many Heartfelt Blessings in this New Year🥰🙏🏼💙♥️
I was so looking forward to this video ! All the three parts were fantastic and so worth the time. Christmas under the snow was awesome to see, because I was craving to see some flakes and we did not have one here, nor for new year, even in the mountains (PA, Appalachian & Tuscarora) ! I was crying seeing this beauty too; Then the unexpected adventure in Canada really hit me and resonated with me. I wish I am able to do that one day too. And the last part of reflecting on our world, social media and what really matters hit me again; I got rid of all my social media, including Uber, Amazon and all this Sh*t too more than a year ago and I never regretted. I feel free. And as you said, it triggers so many contacts and unexpected discoveries and meetings, making you realize for the first time in your life how much some things matters, and others not at all ! I confess I still keep my Phone (not a flip phone) and computer with mostly YT, but I am really controlling that and reasonable. I don't scroll anymore. And I am way more happy this way. Wishing you and Ally this freedom and happiness, I am sure your will get there and hopefully will also inspire more people to do the same. Let's start living in a world we chose....
I appreciate (!) what you had to say about social media! A recent experience in a doctor’s office was a good example. There were 3 of us that had been pre-screened and were waiting in a small waiting room for our procedures…… EVERYONE was on their phone!!!! That bothered me! So I said something a bit off the wall - we were at the optometrist’s office and we all had a bright paper dot above the eye to receive the procedure - mine was a different color so I commented on that! It sparked a lively conversation and within minutes we were all talking about road trips and our adventures…. It was so much fun that new comers joined in! It was an enriching experience!! Oh that we would put away our phones and learn to talk to each other again! -- I don’t think we realize how “dumbed-down” our society is becoming!
You are so right about cutting out social media. Do you know how many adults cannot read a paper map? Let's see a revival of real skills. You are leading the charge, Kyle. The world is your oyster. Envisioning is the first step. All the best to you two in 2023.Cheers from East end Oregon.
I watch what I consider quite a few UA-camrs and no one even comes close to telling a story like you do, as well as shoot such artistic and interesting videos! The amount of details you shot and the way you put them all together in the Montreal segment was exceptional! You could really get a feel and vibe for the place through seeing all these little details, including trash cans and graffiti! Also loved everything you had to say while you crunch walked down the road picking up branches and then attempting to start that old truck and the sound of it starting and your laughter was the delicious icing on the amazing cake!
From a fan a few miles from your Fall treehouse stay outside of Boonville (and daughter's first job was Campbell's Diner!) I am sending New Year vibes of Joy, Intention and Trails yet to be seen!!!
Self control/self editing is a very underrated skill….keep your phone for the gifts it facilitates and find your power to self control. This is the gift….you do not need to limit yourself to adjust your focus, if you do not have the skill today you will work towards the skill for tomorrow…here is the gift…editing your own being as beautifully as you edit your content….you are a gift…listen to your intuition…you no longer need the distraction. Being in “your moment” is what has pulled “us” your viewers in. ‘Stay true to you”…you cannot fail if you do. My unsolicited 2 cents. Though I have earned my wisdom the hard way.
From someone that lives in th UK where snow turns to slush soon afterwards leaving it really slippy to walk on. It amazes me how other countries love their snow. It must be so different to ours. Montreal looks beautiful.
Kyle, I love your resolve to cut down on cell phone scrolling. I grew up in an age before cell phones and computers. I was much happier in my small, whimsical world. I went about my daily activities in ignorant bliss, listening to my favorite tunes on the radio. Even today, I resist the urge to pull out my cell phone. I also removed Instagram and Facebook from my phone. My battery lasts a lot longer now between charges.
I got off my social media one year ago. It's been wonderful!! Live your best life, not someone else's life. UA-cam has to stay in my life because I enjoy watching great content like yours and Alley's.
I’ve been way behind with viewing your videos Kyle and today I watched it with my Dementia client and she smiled and laughed at the fun things you did.
Thank you for sharing your trip to Quebec--watching it with my husband reminded us of being 30 in NYC with friends, discovering the city together in the rain. May 2023 bring us all health, happiness, and peace of mind.
Wonderful! I shut down social media 6 years ago and never looked back. Incredible feeling of liberation, so detached, fluid, buoyant and free. UA-cam is my gig and subscriptions to great videos like yours. Love your videos 🙏🧚
Thank you for your discussion on flip phones vs smart phones. I've never understood or experienced the lure that pulls people into their personal addiction to "smart" phones. I have resisted the idea of a smart phone as I do not want the stress, confusion, and over-stimulation that they cause for most people that I know. I see that it is difficult for so many people to spend 5 minutes away from their smart phone--to the point that it affects their job performance, their relationships with people around them, and they probably don't even realize the anxiety they are experiencing by continuous use of their phone. Bravo for being thoughtful enough and brave enough to even broach the subject!
I secretly LOVE when snow is predicted here in GA. We transplanted here when my now 30-yr old was 9 months. We loaded the UHaul & hitched our little '88 multi-bondo patched Accord & headed out Dec 27, right after getting about 4 ft of snow which hadn't stopped accumulating. We left the day there was a clear moment. I remember us all double bundled like panda bears huddled in the truck & having to turn back around because we didn't realize that we could not get on the Jersey turnpike to keep going. We had to head through Pennsylvania and I just relished the adventure of the whole thing! Fresh bagels & thermoses of steaming tea w orange slices 😋 Then when we got down here we saw people in shorts and slides🙄 The minute there is any remote mention of some kind of frozen precipitation drives people to clear out the store shelves of milk, eggs & peanut butter! It usually melts within 2 hours 😂 I have somewhat grown used to it........ But my Northern upbringing has taught me to always keep things on hand and gives me a sense of pride & nostalgia as I reminisce bringing in wood daily to keep our little 2foot stove heating that sweet Cape Cod cozy & toasty.😊 We're looking to retire toward the Smokies where we know the snow will act right!😂
Man you nailed it with that monologue in the last half of the video. I've never been on much of social media, but the very little that I am, I have been itching closer and closer to deleting all of the rest as well! Well done for being able to pull the trigger this new year.
God's creation is so beautiful. I'm from the north east & miss the 4 seasons. How nice you had a white Christmas. I love your videos. The sound of your voice, the scenery & music are so relaxing. Happy New Year!
Always a pleasure to watch your videos. I also agree with your comments about living real life and not using social media anymore than is necessary. I’m 62 years old and miss my flip phone but also enjoy the new fancy phone my son gave me. Simple is always the best choice 🙏🌈🚗
Man, that red truck got some bass in her rumbles!! And yeah, I feel you on the social media situation. I, too, am contemplating leaving that side of my life...but not just yet. Now, you, Ally & the rest of the crew - hurry and get that cabin done 'cause us folks can't wait to see the end result! All the best to you all for 2023!!
I couldnt wait to watch this video. Holiday season was fully captured. The kind that Christmas books are written about.. glad no damage to the cabin. MONTREAL looked awesome. Nice piece of the story. I used to play hockey there as a kid. Many fond memories... especially we were 14 yes old on travel hockey tourney and we slipped case of beer in our hotel room... good times!!! Thank you.. watched this on my 70inch tv.. awesome pic
Work for those dreams,.....make it happen. Thank you both for sharing your journey. Never quit.....Never give up on yourself or each other. Enjoy the journey! 👍🇺🇸
I just had a huge smile on my face when the truck started. So excited for you to finish the cabin and see you and Ally sitting at the table. I've been watching for about a 2 years now, don't know you from Adam, but just really enjoy everything you do! I especially appreciated your thoughts re: social media, Instagram scrolling and getting a flip phone. Cheers!
Dude, thank you for the social media piece on this video. I've been on a similar boat for over a year now and agree with you 💯%. I sometimes question myself again, but it was comforting to hear it from someone whose lifestyle relies on it so much. Thank you again, Kyle. Keep it up man.
Je suis propriétaire d’un chalet dans les Laurentides que j’ai rénové (1959) et comme tu dis si bien, never end!!! Still enjoy it, work in nature is so good for health.😉
Your content is captivating! The landscape photography is breathtaking, and you’re accompanying music or commentary are spell-binding- I hang on every note or softly spoken word, which paints a word picture of what I’m visually seeing. This old native Texan loves New England and treasure the memories of my trips, “up East.” Thank you, for sharing your beautiful woodlands with us.
As usual Kyle, your videos are so enjoyable and relaxing! When I see that you have posted a video, I dive under a toasty warm blanket and allow you to become my eyes and ears. Thank you for sharing the beauty of your surroundings and making me feel like I have experienced being there in real time! I also agree with you 100% concerning social media. I was once a soc. med. user but had to give it up as I was experiencing mild anxiety due to so much negativity and people that are riddled with animosity…who needs that!! I much rather use my time to be productive than polluted! I noticed when you were clearing away the branches, there was a very old, yet charming rock wall in the back ground calling out to have it’s history shared, possibly in a future video?
Awesome video Kyle. I saw it come up this morning but waited until tonight to watch so I could relax with a mug of wine and just enjoy. I really liked your thoughts at the end about disconnecting from all the social media. I have been thinking the same. I'm 40+ years older than you and often times wish for the simpler times of my youth. I may take you up on your challenge. As always, looking forward to your next video!!
Assistir seus vídeos me relaxa me trás inspiração me faz amar mais ainda a natureza e me conectar com ela ❣️❣️ como não amar tudo isso como não amar vcs❣️❣️❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 bjsss 😘😘😘😘😘🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
WOW! Absolutely beautiful and that goes for your story telling as well. Love your videos so I'm on a mission to catch up on as many videos I can, thank you for the comfort you bring to us viewers.
Thanks for the great video! I’m from Buffalo NY and have lived in South Florida for 25 years and I miss a cold snowy Christmas soooo much! I couldn’t make it back home this past year for Christmas so thank you for sharing your snowy Christmas. Yes your winter storms did destruction sort of like a hurricane down here! But at least none of the houses got blown off their foundations! Always have to be great full for something.😏😏❄️❄️❄️❄️. Oh my goodness yes thank you for bringing up the stinkin phone addiction! My husband said he’s getting a flip phone because of the same reasons. You are so right, I’ve been trying so hard to get away from my phone all the time. My son said Mom don’t you read anymore? You always had a book in your hand and now it’s your iPad.😔 so trying very hard to limit my phone use and READ BOOKS!
It is always a goosebumps while watching ur videos. Totaly recovering and recharging after a big city crazy day. It's a some kind of a deep breath of a fresh air after being underwater. Thank you!
Hope you all had a beautiful holiday season! Excited to catch up with you and share progress and plans for the new year. No matter what happens with the snow, this is going to be a fun and productive winter and I'm really look forward to capturing it. Thank you for all your support buying the merch and coffee and signing up for my patreon. These stories aren't possible without your support! Talk soon!
Hope you and Aly had a merry Christmas brother and a happy New Year. Happy 2 year anniversary to you and her you both are great. Wishing you all the best from Vancouver. 🎄🍾🎁🙏👊
Thanks for sharing this video. Beautiful images of the sunset and the ice making chains that look like feathers. I've never seen anything like that.
My brother, If I ever feel lazy I watch your content and get motivated to get stuff done. I just want to thank you.I have friends ordering your coffee and watching your videos.Take care
Keep warm, stay safe and enjoy your winter creativity. 💙❄️🌙🌲
😇❤️🙏⛄️🇺🇸
Thanks! I am 70 years old and what you spoke about in this video is something that took me quite a while to learn. You are headed in the right direction, Kyle. Keep your personal life small but your creativity far-reaching to people like me. God bless you.
Jesus loves you sarajmatulich 🫵✝️
I Love your videos. Thank You!
Do you know what?
Your channel is full of love and hope, that’s why I love it…
Kyle, you are a dreamer but also a doer.
Snow ❄️ is manitize to h2o
And often sticky
That can help you get up the hills tallies
The shot of the Snow Feathers, just so beautiful!!
Great video! Life hack at 7:55 - twist the bacon into spirals and sprinkle lightly with brown sugar before baking. Just trust me on this.
One could only watch and wish they had such a family to spend Christmas with..... Beautiful content.....
@@amybunner1158 Had to look up Earn Hamner...looks like he entered the picture a couple of years before my time but certainly gave great perspective.
Very well said. I'm thankful for the same.
Fabulous and almost an hour long, that’s my evening sorted 😊
The views as you skied were so invigorating! And the Christmas lights with the snow! Thank you for encouraging getting away from social media. I agree. It stills our time and like you, I just want to be present. Awesome video!
Thank you for taking us along with you on your evening ski. So, so beautiful. I could feel the joy and exhilaration!
We're all rooting for you, hoping you realize your dreams. And we want to be along for the ride.
Thank you Kyle and Allie, appreciate you my friends 🙏hope you're doing well, stay safe and take care , always great to hear from you 🙂👋
So happy it uploaded!! Watching now!🤗
same here ha! Hope you enjoy!
Just not too much snow because I get
tired of all the white. You would need other things like your cabin in the pictures. Just me thinking while watching you speak at the end of this video.☺☺
the scene where you are skiing as the sun sets in vibrant oranges. what a gift.
My greatest joy in life is always prayer 🙏 of thanks to our Creator .Plus this quote " I can do more!" Amen
Your videos are amazing! I used to live in the Berkshires and miss it so much. Keep up the great work my friend!

I really like your videos very inspiring a very simple celebration of christmas with complete family itwas perfect christmas.
It was worth the wait beautiful video!
This video came at the most perfect time. Capturing Christmas the way you did is incredible and so perfect. Your footage and narrative is impeccable. Great job. Happy New Year ♥️
I like the jazz soundtrack.
Thank you!!
P.S. I'll send the poem to you look for it
"Called Guest List"
♥️🥰Your videos have such great heart in them-a reminder of what is good and kind in this frenetic society- wishing you and Alli many Heartfelt Blessings in this New Year🥰🙏🏼💙♥️
Thanks Kyle, I had a disappointing day at work and this cheered me up. 👍
I love New England! It's where I grew up and lived for nearly thirty years. I will never forget!
I’m so happy it snowed around Christmas for you guys and I’m with you about social media. Cheers to the New Year!
Love the videography! Wonderful! 💫
From someone that lives in th UK where snow turns to slush soon afterwards leaving it really slippy to walk on. It amazes me how other countries love their snow. It must be so different to ours. Montreal looks beautiful.
I had been waiting for the video for a long time.❤
Kyle, I love your resolve to cut down on cell phone scrolling.
UA-cam has to stay in my life because I enjoy watching great content like yours and Alley's.
needed to see this video right now in my life more than anything. especially the song that starts at 34 minutes. makes me want to live like this.
Hold onto those memories with your folks. My parents are gone… and we had some amazing and wonderful Christmases together.
Fresh bagels & thermoses of steaming tea w orange slices 😋
Then when we got down here we saw people in shorts and slides🙄
The minute there is any remote mention of some kind of frozen precipitation drives people to clear out the store shelves of milk, eggs & peanut butter! It usually melts within 2 hours 😂
I have somewhat grown used to it........ But my Northern upbringing has taught me to always keep things on hand and gives me a sense of pride & nostalgia as I reminisce bringing in wood daily to keep our little 2foot stove heating that sweet Cape Cod cozy & toasty.😊
We're looking to retire toward the Smokies where we know the snow will act right!😂
Thank you for giving us such a nice long beautiful video….you are a treasure. Happy New Year!
This entire video is a masterpiece. I loved every bit of the snow, your Christmas your breakfast. The Montreal trip was exquisite. Thank you so much.!
This was an excellent little film. Got me so inspired. When that big red truck started…man oh man I know that feeling!
Look so foward to getting your notifications!! Man your changing people’s prospective on life one video at a time !
I just received the Stockbridge General Store canvas. It's so beautiful I can't stop looking at it. Now I just need Spring, Summer and Fall.
Danke!
Thank you.. watched this on my 70inch tv.. awesome pic
Such a warm and wonderous video. I loved every minute of it.
Work for those dreams,.....make it happen. Thank you both for sharing your journey. Never quit.....Never give up on yourself or each other. Enjoy the journey! 👍🇺🇸
Thanks for sharing👍 absolutely gorgeous💕You got this🌼 embrace the journey🙏
I just had a huge smile on my face when the truck started. So excited for you to finish the cabin and see you and Ally sitting at the table. I've been watching for about a 2 years now, don't know you from Adam, but just really enjoy everything you do! I especially appreciated your thoughts re: social media, Instagram scrolling and getting a flip phone. Cheers!
I agree. Too much overload, too much choice and not enough connection, or presence. 🤗💚🌲
Dude, thank you for the social media piece on this video. I've been on a similar boat for over a year now and agree with you 💯%. I sometimes question myself again, but it was comforting to hear it from someone whose lifestyle relies on it so much. Thank you again, Kyle. Keep it up man.
This was so worth the wait 🎉
Thank you 😊
Je suis propriétaire d’un chalet dans les Laurentides que j’ai rénové (1959) et comme tu dis si bien, never end!!! Still enjoy it, work in nature is so good for health.😉
Kyle that was your best film yet. Absolutely incredible cinematography, soundtrack and story. Loved it. Thanks 👍🏻🇮🇪
Thank you for your comments on social media you are a 💯 right!
Visually stunning and artistically superb. This video should win an award somewhere, if not 4 or 5 of them. Thanks for posting.
Thanks for sharing this beautiful life, cheers to 2023 and all the dreams it holds for you!
The lighting in some of those outdoor Canada shots reminds me of one of my favorite Van Gogh paintings. Nice.
Thank you!
Very beautiful video. Thanks
Happy new year
