What a beautiful classic. Just an observation of all your vids (from a videographer). Get your camera crew to move around and dive into the details closer. We're just not seeing the quality & detailing like the 'yacht cleats' 'quality of wooden draws' you're pointing out. We want to see the table top close up, and the seat stitching etc. They're frustratingly keeping mostly wide shot. Great drone work though. 🇬🇧
Thanks! I don't actually have a crew i'm just doing everything myself. The walkthroughs I just hand my camera to whoever is with me on the day and I coach them on how to follow me around during the presentation. For the drone shots i'm just hiding downstairs flying the drone while somebody else drives the boat. One day when the channel is big enough i'll get a cameraman

Alas, my drone is at the bottom of the Harwich channel. It survived numerous boaty filmings only to bite me in the ass, while distracted by an enthusiastic passer by .. jeez 🤬

Nice boat...... pity about the colour (midnight blue would've looked so much better.....) and the price.....OUCH! Could do with some more coolboxes/refrigeration for our lot.... haha. G’day Scott! No worries, it’s always a pleasure to go boating on Pittwater. I have seen a few blue X-Powers and they are gorgeous and I reckon swapping that big opening drawer to port with more fridges would work well so good point
I guess because I'm actually driving every boat I find it difficult to shorten the content. I'm focused on trying to provide as much detail to people who are seriously considering buying these boats. Do you think I should break it up into Part I and Part II again?

Oh I wish I could understand how to get more clicks 😂 Nah I was talking to the sailors who will be looking at this boat because they will be used to sailing at 6-8kts so 20-30kts is fast to them and it’s also faster than most Gentlemans boats that I have tested so that’s what I meant. What do you think I can do to make the videos better Chris? I’m always open to improve the content 👍
Correct only Gentleman who smoke pipes and wear boat shoes - I'm joking. This is just a commonly used term for a style of boat. I'm referring to this boat being a modern design take on that classic style.
Yes I understand it’s not a traditional Gentlemans boat but the reason I was describing it in that way is because of her motion through the waves. It’s very smooth and has a similar feeling, albeit faster
@@BoatLife_DansBoatLife perhaps just a personal preference but than again it would definetly look better if the t top is not that tall and that it has the shape which "follows" the hull shape, windscreen should be longer and more angeled, the bottom part of the front bow should have more sharper curves.....i think with this it would look more "agressive" which would result in more modern design
They stove should be close too walk way and it needs canvas enclosure for overnighting twin cats with bravo 2 drives would be nice

Would look so much better without the awkward t-top. They say it's available as an "open" version, but I've never seen one offered or in the wild.
Yes you can have it without the t-top. If you're in a location where the sun isn't strong then that's totally possible.
