He just came to tell Elysia that 'there is no Herrscher, only a flame chaser' She planned to make her ending as grand party so it would end beautiful Elysia made letters and wanted to send them to every FC, but she hesitate, however in the end the most FCs didn't came, because they believe Elysia and didn't want to fight her, so were the FCs that came

If only her generation could fight accepting their evils like Seele and Dark Seele, or Mei accepting having to be the enemy of humanity to protect Kiana. Or Kiana accepting Sirin otherwise they would never stop fighting for control. Even Fu Hua has a link to Sentai on a chain. 50,000 years later Fu Hua still can't accept that evil side of hers even though Sentai was forced to accept her by Kiana.

I mean, Mei vs Elysia is a reference to that. However, they just really dance, not going all out to kill each other. Elysia died on a different way, supposedly why CE Herrschers have a chance of to against WoH
I mean in a sense it is filler, but this is the good type of filler as its actually filling in the story for a character who was gone for a good chunk of it. Unlike some filler that has no consequences the plot, this has been really good character building for Mei and world building for Honkai.
I'm here because that form makes me miss Ultimate Madoka really badly. That bow, the petals, the shockwave, everything about her. God how much longer will it take for the final movie...

@@diabolike8055 beat mobius? She had help from Klein and mobius is not really a trained fighter. Also mei lost the fight against kalpas the moment he transformed. Not to mention the Sims are weaker than the originals
this fight still give me goosebumps to this day. Elysia looks so pretty but this fight although hard, doesn't feel as burdening nor oppresive like other Honkai bosses I have ever fought. am still hoping and dreaming that ER still exist until the end.

lament of the fallen, shattered samsara and für elysia all have a different feel to them. lament of the fallen is kinda depressing seeing two best friends fight in order to save another. shattered samsara is hopeful seeing Kiana trying to bring back senti and making peace with her. für elysia is happy seeing mei have a friendly spar with elysia, a last one at that.
I don’t play Honkai so out of context the explanation and cutscene already got me sad, imagine having a final goodbye and you want to spend your death(?) having a dance party with a beautiful girl (Mei). It’s almost mythological, what with the goddesses fighting with destructive and awesome powers.
SPOILER A puzzle left behind by Vill-V on how to beat HoC which involves 1 question with 3 answers, as well as the 4 crystal like structures held by Kevin, Vill--V, Eden, and Aponia, each resembling the one Elysia was holding during her introduction/teaser trailer + the Kevin Killer Model 666 or SO-1129, which is what creates Memory sims. The puzzle Vill-V left which was "Do you think there is a perfectly safe place in the Elysian Realm?" was given to Su who figured out that all 3 answers share the common trait of "A Place That Doesn't Exist". 1- Sakura's Time/Space freeze realm 2- Sim's Death and lastly, 3- "in the realm, but not in the realm" = Mei's Mind, protected by the power of conquest. Specifically focusing on 2 and 3, they used Mei's recollection of Elysia as well as the 4 crystals (They hold the memory of Elysia's final Banquet/Herrscher reveal), + the deaths of all the sims to allow Mei to use the 'Model 666' to essentially "welcome back" Elysia.

(She knows the last banquet but she herself doesn't know what happened during it) Chapter 31 Elysia/Herrscher of Human:Ego is the Elysia sim created specifically from Mei's recollection of her + the memories of the Last Banquet as they are remembered by Kevin, Aponia, Vill-V and Eden.
