Truth: Neither party has the Numbers to win solely with their base, both require independents to win. In 2020, we had nearly 1 million die as a result of COVID, millions of jobs lost, plunging Stock Market, Civil unrest in the streets, Trade Wars contributing to supply chain issues - (shortages on Toilet Paper!) Most of Americans were PO’d at Trump. He did not need cheaters to lose.

In the UK anyone with a connection to the case is be removed from the jury, so someone related to, working for or friends with any party to the trial or significant witness. After that either side can object to up to 3 people. That is it! You can't tailor the entire jury to suit your case, that is just absurd.

My opinion is it's effing disheartening when I hear supposed "nerds" saying that "jury selection" is the most important part. The implication is that what is important are the people that walked *into* the jury box not the people who have been exposed to hours of testimony and evidence. It's an extremely cynical view of the law, and if true, makes me question our entire system of justice (perhaps rightfully).
Why rehashing prez issues? Bc prez got blamed for all bad things but not named. Thats many years of blaming really bad things on prez and pretty sure prez didnt do those things. Whoever prez is.
