Thank you for the tutorial. Once I have made my waffle using Bowerbird and your great definition, I will need to export it to a DXF for cutting. The problem is that all the surfaces or lines splinter into line segments when I open them as DFX. The depth line is slightly offset too. Any way around this?

So how do you make the cut sheets?
