I lasted three days 🙃 this man yelled at his customers, his staff, and more than half of his staff had quit. This person, putting it nicely, didn't realize that an advocate from the small business administration walked into his establishment, and he was yelling at them. Three days, he yelled from the start of the day to the end. I tried talking nicely, and it didn't work. So, I told him the facts of his business and his business ethics straight out and no swearing..and left to work my business, my job, that I am CFO of. I'm no longer sweet and talkative with them bc it's like, they gossiped about me and tried to always break up me and my ex. Just was always spreading rumors. He was toxic and a follower anyway, but still. So now I stay to myself I say hi but not as bubbly or nicely anymore. I can feel they don't like the fact that I pretty much ignore them. Some of them be like, "why you actin like that?" I'm like wtf HOW am I acting?? It must be my new assertive demeanor or bitchiness?
