During that time i paid fees at both universities so i felt anxiety and depression. Now what is the chance of interview for me. Please give your suggestions.

There is a clear preference for Chinese because they have money and the PR is a very long & distant dream which most likely will never come to fruition. No country will give 100% PR's to only Indians. There are South Americans, Europeans, Africans, East asians. So, out of 100 applications, maybe 10 PR's for Indians.
