I’ll have a new video as soon as I can showing the new design, we completely redesigned it to clear the factory drop in subwoofers and the new hertz drop in subwoofers, we also made it match the factory body lines and kept the price low, $350 for both sides and it includes the rear harnessing, eta is late December or January as they are currently in production
Nice product. Looks clean. Little tip: For the gaskets, put a little Vasiline on the back of the gasket. The side the touches the frame. The Vasiline will hold it to the frame while you install it on the fender.
Looks good. Some spray adhesive on that gasket might help. CD should have put adhesive on it with a peel off strip. I would have wiped off the fender before install - my OCD wouldn't allow that dirt 😢
Nice video... I think you should start by installing the license plate bolt. This will eliminate the need to hold the frame while you work. Once the bracket is installed and connected, you can remove the license plate frame and then attach the license plate. Afterward, reinstall the frame as needed.
I put this on 3 of my bike and notched the plate on the other 2, if you tell someone to cut their license plate and they don’t do it correctly they tend to blame you

@ correct but we redesigned them so if you later wanted to add them it would fit, thus also means you have more bag space even if you don’t purchase a subwoofer
Minimal evasive looks really clean! well done, Jay
Thank you!
Looks so much better. I love Custom Dynamics, been using them for over 10 years, a great quality product. God Bless😇👍
Super nice!! When is the lid cut kit coming?

Fender was cleaned before mount was installed, I agree the gasket should have had some form of adhesive
Nice video...

The frame blocks access to the bolts, it’s not as hard as I probably made it look
That license plate sized template on your table with the Custom Dynamics Logo is for notching the plate for the wire to pass through and not get cut.

Very nice, much nicer. Is there any news on when the cut kits will be available for the 2024 road glide saddle bags?

@volunteeraudio I'm looking for 6x9 cut kit not sub??

i think i would have some put double face tape on the gasket or frame
@@jonhudlow6245 I likely made it look harder than it was
I cheated with gorilla tape
I don’t blame you
