@@alexrss2765 I'm talking about pre-nerf Tundra, not the current Tundra that we have. And yes, right now, Outlaw has the fastest ADS speed out of all sniper rifles, but Tundra is just the best out of all sniper rifles in the game, no matter what.

Rear Grip: Stippled Grip Tape
I recommend you use these attachments because it's better, and does not reveal your position unlike the build with the laser:
Perk: I recommend FMJ or Sleight Of Hand (it depends on you which perk you want)
Stock: OWC Skeleton Stock
Ammunition: OWC Stopping Power
Barrel: YKM Lightweight Short
Rear grip: Stippled Grip Tape
Pro tip: literally the tip that came from pro players themselves - never use any laser if you're passive or aggressive with sniper rifles as it doesn't make a big difference to the ADS speed, but only to reveal your position to enemies putting you in a huge disadvantage as a sniper. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Say no to laser.
