Looking beyond the hype can be seen Taehyung who is amazed by how many things he does well. In fact he is dazzling. His ability to pickup golf in a matter of weeks is amazing! My prayer here is that he doesn’t pickup bad habits like hooks or slice. He is great at mind and memory games. I think the Golden Maknae is physically stronger but Taehyung is his equal in some ways and his better in others. Taehyung’s voice and his very humble demeanor are his best qualities. Of course I want to hug him and say take care of that voice but then I remember what I was like at 26. My sense is he hasn’t really started his life yet…or that part of his life where he has a wife, kids and a solo career. I think this is when we will see the full capabilities of this amazing man!

Thanks for the video.. It seems unreal to think it now, but Taehyung was told he was no good as a singer by his teachers in Daegu. He went to the BH audition to accompany his friend and had no plans to audition himself. But after signing as trainees he gave all his hard work physically and mentally to improve in all aspects. Singing, dancing, acting, live performance, playing instruments, song writing, music production are things he has worked really hard to be good at. The members and the staff get to see the hard work and consideration that goes into it but we only see the results. Tae is a free spirit, laid back, chill person but he is also a perfectionist. He is passionate and inspires others around him just as much as he gets inspired by them. It saddens me that people see the free spirit but not the hard work and dedication of Tae.
