How do I know if cards ar3 good because I'm getting my first football card pack today
I opened one box and got a Sroud blue hyper that was my biggest pull from retail and I was flipping out
what days do targets and Walmarts restock usually, I can never find anything

Is it possible that your buying left over boxes after people crack cases for the case hit & bigger blue RC's ??? Maybe they buy full cases .... Open until a couple big cards pop out & sell the remaining cards.... Real painful to watch - but thanks for sharing -im better off waiting for a single hobby box, I think this year.
I bought them in store so it would have to be the distributors doing that sort of dirty thing if it is happening

These Megas have been tough from what I see. I'd still buy a couple if I could find them at retail price. Definitely not $100 box though.

Dude. Absolutely brutal rip. The 3 megas I’ve found were equally as bad. Bijan holo was my best pull. I did pull a Quentin Johnston holo auto in one of the 3 blasters I found. Yay 🙄
Making me very glad I can't find these out in the wild. I ordered 3 fat packs from the Walmart website, and I got more hits than this rip

Take out CJ and Wemby and ask yourself would you even bother to buy them? These manufacturers know you want one player and one player only, and theyre playing on your addiction and nostalgia to literally steal your cash. This whole hobby seems to be a 1% risk otherwise its a scam, why wouldnt you just save the $1000 and go buy the CJ cards you want then save the $500. Makes no sense to me why people insist on gambling like this, wild.

I'd feel like crap because you could buy a hobby box for that price or even 2 of Illusions hobby; I get the overall desire being higher for Optic but I want autos, numbered cards, etc. Not to mention the damaged cards for inserts... this product is really a joke for the price

It's not by accident The duplicates... Panini and the distributors keep the big cards and sell them on anonymous eBay accounts and there is evidence a lot of it to back that up....

Sure but kinda strange there's 0 mentions about the day in the next year or two or is it 3? Where licensed Optic won't exist. Is everyone just putting on the blinders for now, trying to enjoy the moment while they can? Because if they looked at the future these wouldn't be selling at $100. The time will come soon I'll lwhere people will be ripping chrome football and accidentally call refractors Halo's, silvers and/ or Prizms as they nostalgically reminisce.

I feel your pain. I hit 4 Walmarts and 2 Targets. We have guys lining up at the Wallyworld doors at 5am and all 20 megas sold 7 minutes after doors open. The two stores that had restocks both got bought out by a single person. I ended up buying 50 packs and got smashed $700 later. I'm over optic for a minute. Feels like chasing for a willy Wonka golden ticket.

I have noticed that panini front loads their box’s to be really loaded when the first wave hits and then after a week or two their box’s and packs are weaker. Have you ever thought that?

Amazing cards here! I have really become hooked on hunting for Sam LaPorta Rookie cards and inserts lately, everything about him looks so promising for the future of his career! If he plays like he did in his Rookie season he will definitely be a future hall of famer no doubt!

It's obviously because people were pulling a ton last year. Panini pulled it back on the hits and rhe price skyrocketed due to the success of last year.

Bought 4 megas and pulled Stroud downtown
Downtowns are SIGNIFICANTLY harder this year. I’ve ripped probably 40+ megas, 40+ blasters, and maybe ~20+ value packs and not a single downtown. I’ve pulled four mythicals though and probably 5 CJ holos and 6 CJ color exclusives and several inserts. A gold Jersey patch /10 of Schoonmaker. FWIW

I noticed what looks like fraying at the bottom of some cards. Perhaps the cutting blade was going dull.
Unlike the football the basketball megas are better in my opinion. I opened one today and pulled a Victor rated rookie, Brandon miller rated rookie, and a green hyper auto.
Bro buys 12 boxes and complains about dupes. Of course that’s going to happen. The average person buying boxes only buy a couple and that wouldn’t happen.
Just because optic has legacy value and one of the bigger insert chases, doesn't mean wading through all the garbage is fun... especially at these prices.
When I drop decent $$$ for retail, then proceed to get skunked, it doesn't make me feel great...

Anyone counted how many Autos vs Mem cards he pulled total in this video? Just curious as to compare to his "99% mem and 1% chance at an auto" claim that's seemingly extremely accurate. Just wanted to see if he pulled a good bit, few, couple, or just 1 after saying that. And to you sky cards- dude it's hard for me to watch packman, and others but others for different reasons, because of what comes out of his mouth through out his videos, like when he complains sometimes it's like a slap in the face to us viewers/fans that can't afford to get hobby every time or other expensive boxes straight from panini, like when a rich person complains about something a poor person wishes he had to deal with. Then he tries to stay talking through out, obviously and completely understandable, but a lot of times he'll say something that doesn't even make sense to the moment or previous statement that led to the out of place statement and supposed to be related but in reality doesn't even make sense, and a few other things. At first when your new no problem at all but I'd say after 10 hour long videos you start noticing and it becomes almost unbearable. And it really sucks for me bc dude is awesome other than that. But you, my unknowing friend, are creating chad-friendly masterpieces and your talk rate is completely fine, everything you say makes sense and doesn't feel like filler words, so thank you for what you do my, now knowing, friend!

Was able to grab 6 of these this week at Walmart. Pulled a Downtown Saquan, CJ holo, AR Blue Hyper, and Russel Wilson rocket.
Same I found 4 megas, 2 were trash but one had namath downtown and the other box had the green pulsar AR and halo cj in same box

if you sell your cards, its better to have duplicates than to have only one of each card. then someone buys one, and a few hours later another person buys the second one.
