So here are the ingredients for anyone who is interested :)
1lb (4 cups) powdered full cream milk
1 tin Nestle Double Cream
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup water
grated ginger
ground elychee
colored sprinkles
butter for greasing the dish
