The game is pretty janky. I think it's pretty good for their first game though. I hope they make a sequel and maybe make a remastered version for this.
It's called Finding Frankie. From what I remember the creator of the game said they have trouble with horror so they challenged themselves to make a horror game. It's apparently their first game ever and while it is a bit janky I'd say they did a pretty good job.

@ShadowDemon_4 yeah, for a first game it's still shockingly impressive, but I think the really long segment after hotline Henry really sucked
There was a bug where you only needed to finish one of the sections to pass on to the other area.
