They are the same car basically. The gr86 22 interior is identical to the Brz 22 interior which made it easier for the devs because they use the same screens.

The "identical" remark is not actually true! The rear suspension geometry is actually substantially different between the two twins giving them different handling characteristics. The BRZ is easier to drive and the 86 is more pointy (more fun for most people)
Why isn't the GR / GT 86 named the Celica instead? Would've been an amazing continuation for the Celica with the available mods and motorsport following
I just discovered forza motorsport its not an offline game, the only thing you can do is freeplay with rented cars, you can’t do career at all its all online, you dont even get access to your own car’s, massive disappointment

I have a 2023 BRZ. It is indeed a super fun car, even if its not super fast. The manual transmission is phenomenal.
