I gotta remember this t-shirt shop, looked like some cool prints. It's true that alot of tourist location shops have basically the same stuff and might find a hidden gem in one of the non-tourist places for great price (same in many countries)
On my first visit to Bkk , I stayed in the Indra hotel adjacent to these shops , I bought a trunk load of clothes etc there , still wearing them after 5 years . Tip : arrive in Thailand with an empty suitcase :-)

Bangkok is the best place for clothes shopping, and Pratinum is best area. Biggest selection and cheaper than regular mall stores. He just talked about the big buildings, those shops more organized and cost more, there are also many low buildings too, crowded and claustrophobic stalls, impossible to see all the shops in one weekend and you can get lost in the warrens. This is where wholesale buyers come but you can buy retail too.

What a way to shop have done it same way in Pattaya market called made in Thailand and when you go back after 6 months. They give you a better price the old English say LJ it's nice to be nice keep it going buddy....
