most generic items from jan aushadi is low potency and low quality from my experience of treating patients. They have low standards of quality assurance and instead tries to cater the cheapest possible medicine to mass population. Even medicines for diabetes and hypertension are substandard and ineffective. I dont recommend them to patients. Instead find other low cost brands from even other generic manufacturers if cost is concern.
