Just to let you know the alcohol is what creates the cells in the gold!! Hope this helps I do resin paintings but just haven't started my UA-cam or ig yet out of fear but I will soon. Keep up the good work

We need to make 2? Why the clear piece you made? I gave the heart shaped mold and frame.
There are two sides required for every purse. The clear piece wasn't used, but it is an optional addition to your purse to turn it into a shaker purse.

@@carolporter7094 oh! I understand now. If you wanted both sides to have that additional shaker portion on each side, then you would need to make 2 clear pieces as well. No problem 😊 thank you! 😍

Thank you so much! 💓 yes the mold is reusable, I've used it multiple times. You would need to continue to buy a new frame with each purse you make, though.

I'm still only learning with resin so I may be wrong you wonder how you were getting Cells maybe because you sprayed the mould with Alcohol maybe that helped make the Cells. I'm not sure if I'm correct also but if your Resin is heating up is that not another reason you are getting Cells because maybe if the Resin is heating up it may be makeing the Alcohol react so makeing Cells. Like I said I'm still learning with Resin so could anyone tell me if I'm Right or if I'm Wrong what I said, it's just nice to learne from others there's always something new to know and learne so ide be greatfull if anyone could answer my questions
Now that I’ve been working with resin for years, I can understand how the cells work a bit better. It’s chemistry with the density and weight of pigments. Powders and alcohol inks are pretty light, so they remain on the surface while acrylic paints are heavier and sink. The cells are formed when combining the weights of different mixed resins. Hope that made sense. I think alcohol also played a great part in it too!

I purchase it from Amazon! The same vendor that sells the molds, sells the additional frames. Her name is MAYQI on amazon

do you always use a uv light to dry the resin or can I just let it dry on its own?
You can use non uv resin and let it dry overnight or the amount of hours it states

I've found them on Amazon, they're called shaker bag clutch frame

How much resin do you use to fill the round clutch molds? Is it the same as a rectangle clutch mold?
Yes! The same as the rectangle mold
Any advice on how to fix the purse if you scratch it?
You can lightly sand the purse and add a top coat of resin

How do you know when to spray the alcohol on top of the resin?
Do you do it after it fully dries or after having the heat gun on it for a bit?
I do it after the heat gun is on it for a bit. You want to do it after you pour and before it starts to cure. The point is to remove bubbles from the surface of your piece
