I used the Pen Tool to create the shapes, adjusted the fill and stroke settings in the properties.

Yes of course. There are a lot of website and app design UI kits based on this concept of soft UI.

how you make the Sign In Fillable? This is my problem. Thanks for the Video.
This is a UI mock up so technically not as intractable enough to input actual text. But you can work around it by making a different artboard that had a keyboard and some text in those text boxes. Animating to that artboard when pressed on the required text filed will make it look like a prompt to input text.
You can even made that a two step process, one artboard with just the keyboard coming up and the next with text being filled. But for most use cases filling the login information is pretty self explanatory, so i wont go that route unless you are specifically trying to animate the flow.

This color is a good base color for a dark UI
you can select values up and down from the base color for shadows and highlights.
