Super bro. I'm an Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering student. It is very helpful for me to understand in a better way. You explained the calibration very well. Tq so much bro. Keep it up. Make more useful videos like this. Congratulations for your efforts.
Thanks for video shared with us .It will definitely help is during calibration . I am suggesting you , please make a video on IATF, EHS and OHSAS with suitable format.
Sir, we understood about calibration and it's content very clearly. Thank you. However I have small query on this that's how to take decision on instrument/gauge ref with its error which means how much error we can accept for respective instruments/gauge. Acceptable percentage?
Hi friend, there is no specific error percentage for instruments. IS standard provides the max permissible error based on instrument and its range in microns or mm. Pls refer that standard.
Sir really ur videos are awesome. Sir chennaila job consultancies pathi idea iruka Sir. Nalla consultancy iruntha I have 5 years experience in quality line in automobile industry
Hi Murali, any instrument will be calibrated by using the master (with know value) and the error will be compared with the acceptance criteria as per standard. Then decision will be taken
IS Standard available for acceptance criteria for each type of instruments. Kindly refer below link and check with required standard nabl-india.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/NABL-129-Issue-01-Amd-01-1.pdf
It is a place to keep instruments and gauges for storage. Internal Calibration also will be done in that place. Further details will be given when uploading standards room video.

Hi, your question is correct. It is not explained in our video. It will help others also. The acceptance criteria means, each industry will specify their acceptance error criteria for each instruments. If the calibration error is within their acceptance limit, that instrument will be used otherwise that instrument to be scrapped or reworked.
Hi Mr.Kokilan, normally calibration will be planned once in a year. It will be reduced to once in 6 months or increased to once in 2 year or more based on gauge / instrument usage
