CSX Ethanol Train K432 makes a rare daylight move through Woodbury on the Pennsgrove Secondary destined for Bridgeport, NJ. CSXT AC44CW #587 leads with CSXT
C44-9W #9012 as the second unit. Lots of horn in this video and ethanol cars for as long as the eye can see.
The video ends with about 2-3 cars left to pass. I had to cut the video short to get the video under 1GB without shrinking the video which would have resulted in lost quality.
Thanks for watching and as always, your comments and ratings are appreciated! Thanks!

If you have ever been to Lebanon, PA, you'll realize the track is spaghetti, but NS does 40 MPH over it. The speed limit is 50 MPH, but all trains must go 40 MPH until the head-end clears the 11 close-proximity crossings in city limits. The trains act as though they are on trampolines, but never have there been any problems. I've seen the section of track you speak of, still looks good for 40 (at least 35) MPH to me. Car traffic must be a pain getting held up by trains like that.

Thanks I greatly appreciate your kind comments! I do not use editing software that often, only when I need to combine various video clips. When I do use editing software I always use Sony Vegas Pro 8. For most of my videos however, I usually upload the raw HD file (m2t) format directly to UA-cam. The M2t files are quite large but the benefit is better quality.

ALL trains are slow in this area... in ten years, I've only seen a train break 40 mph once and a four-engine train twice... no ordinances telling conductors not to blow the whistle though... but there are many Conrail blue so I'm fond of that!

Why so slow? That track looks good enough for 40 MPH.

Check out my video titled "CA-11 through Woodbury..." The train in that video is coming out of the section of track this train is headed to. As you'll see, plenty of bends that must be taken a a slow speed.

I really like seeing more and more trains from my area being posted on UA-cam. Check out my videos if you already haven't. And as always, an awesome catch.
