@@rav_kuthat is in Canada, America is great for Hindus, I have seen many Americans including even evengalical Christians respecting the Hindu religion. I have not even seen one message of hate from Americans this Diwali - only love and wishes. Sadly I cannot say the same for my country Canada where I was born and lived my entire life. In addition vandalism of temples also occurs in India so that means very little as police always takes action in America.
Oh man. I stumbled on this temple once many years ago, and toured the inside without knowing the proper etiquette. I was so enchanted by the intricate, interesting and beautiful carvings and pillars, I touched everything within reach! It wasn't until the very end I realized touching anything was considered offensive! I'm still embarrassed and mortified about what an idiot I was! It's truly an amazing creation.
Touching is not at all offensive, in ancient Indian temples one can touch everything. I don't know why they made the rule of not touching, it's stupid rule
The best thing is hindus are inclusive in nature...they want to everyone enjoy their culture and festivals...they are happy if you appreciate their culture and they share happyness with everyone no matter where are you from....full energy and vibe ... everyday is celebration for them 🎉🎊 and they never forcefully convert anyone

Man!! When are they gonna state facts? Spiritual victory over darkness? I mean really? Can't you just say why Hindus celebrate this festival? Can't you just say it's because Hindus believed that Lord Ram came back to Ayodhya after his exile and killed demon king Ravana? Or will that offend a certain section of your society?
It IS about victory over darkness, celebration of good over evil! What are you even talking about? Diwali is not only about Ram coming back to Ayodhya. It is a multiple days festival celebrating farmers, traders, healthcare providers, relations, families, and victory over darkness, good prevailing over evil. Don't make it about one thing. Hinduism is not one God triumphs all or one book prevails all, kinds of religion. We have a way of life, and it teaches us to respect different ways to achieve the ultimate goal, eternal peace, aka "moksh."
@@amitpatilamit Probably a dumb argument to begin with. The idea of its celebration as Ram coming to Ayodhya dates way back then your modern stupidity of inclusiveness and all. Deepwali or diwali has been celebrated for centuries... So you want me to believe that India celebrated it because it celebrated "traders" and relationships and all? Being dumb is one thing but making it obvious is another level of stupidity.
@@tindrums Kali Puja is not celebrated on the "Day of Diwali" it's next day to diwali. The second Kali puja coincides with Diwali but the two are very different. Why people are saying same old things actually about how injustice happen with Lord Ram in his own home so first people were very upset but now people are very happy to see lord Ram home back that there is no injustice no more for lord ram and everyone is happy ever after so people Celebrated Diwali for that Westerners are so shame to represent lord Ram in front of news channel
This looks like fun and i love the well needed message.

This is what I love about America. Celebration of ALL cultures without the fear of prosecution
Temples have been vandalized there lol... As if you guys would let a opportunity go. 😎😂
Lol come to India on Christmas day . I is celebrated more than the Christians 😂

It's not without fear... churches openly condemn and encourage followers to convert the Hindus.
Diwali is about Lord Ram returning to Ayodhya after defeating Ravan
Happy Diwali.
In your home. It's different for different states.
@@rairadio7119😂tell me what's the story about diwali in ur state...I'm from Kerala we celebrate it in the name of lord Ram's return to ayodya🎉

It's not offensive.. it's just that it can stain and corrode. So people are asked not to touch.

Jai Swaminarayan 🎉

Diwali celebration is not just for Hindus only but for Sikhs, Jains , Buddhists as a well as others.
it's a HINDU festival though, for our lord Ram's return to ayodhya.
It's for Hindus but others can join. Taking a festival from one religion and not giving them 100% credit is appropriation.
Humanity at large needs to defeat darkness ( wars, religious fanatics , racism) with lights and harmony....🎉
So cool!
Happy Diwali ❤🎉
Halloween is connected to Diwali, as at one time in history the whole world celebrated Diwali and followed Hinduism (Dharma).
in your dreams. Lunar calendars are connected. Not Diwali.

Remember it is Kali puja in Bengal, New year in Gujarat and the trading community. Feel free to believe but dont impose.

I’m pretty sure that the blue lights are NOT for the dodgers. They use all colors, including blue.
We pray for victory of good over evil on this festival, and that means victory of Donald J. Trump over Kamala Harris
