We stayed at Apartments Sole in Barbat which is pet friendly. It's not so common in Croatia to find pet friendly apartments although they all seen to say they're pet friendly but then they ask you how big is the dog or what kind is it so we often get denied just because Suwa is the wrong breed 😟. And for the beaches, I don't know what to recommend you because we travel off-season when there is nobody on the beach. Try finding some smaller hidden beaches but definitely try beaches on North-West part of the island (everything that's North from Lopar is fine). Or if you're staying in Barbat, go check out Ribon beach.
🤗💙
