  • Welcome back to The Food Experience! This time I am making 2 prime boneless ribeyes that I picked up from ‪@WildFork‬ in Manhattan Beach, CA. Also cooking some Sonic Tater Tots and 2 ears of corn. Everything came out to perfection!
I hope you enjoyed this video and see ya soon on the next one!
Thanks so much for being a part of The Food Experience!

@@TheFoodExperience I have an account at Wild Fork but haven't used them yet but that will change here shortly. I have my eye on their tomahawk steaks 🙂Their prices are very reasonable.

@MileHighGuyBBQ You should totally go for it! I was eyeballing those things as well. They have so much variety as you know. Another friend of mine went there today and bought ground kangaroo and ground elk. I'm not that adventurous when it comes to food. Lol

Nice cook! Is 400F the highest it can go to sear or bbq?

Thank you very much! It can go up to 500° on the controller. However the heat that is set is lower than the actual heat because the diffuser plate has been removed. It's supposed to get up to a thousand degrees and I reckon that would be if I set it for 500°. I might actually give that a try next time.

@@TaiNguyen-qv1ig okay I know you're kidding and all but I still don't understand what ingredients you're referring to. Do you mean the rub that I am putting onto the steaks? That's the way it's supposed to be applied for proper coverage.
